Good location and comfortable bed, but the maintenance, cleanliness, and room conditions were far below expectations.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient for exploring San Pedro de Atacama. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The best part of the room was definitely the bed, which was huge and very comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience in room 1103 had several serious issues.

The pool appears to be in poor condition. Right after entering the water, I started feeling intense itching that continued afterward, leaving welts on my skin from scratching.

The room had a very strong sewage smell, especially in the bathroom, and there was an absurd amount of flies inside both the room and bathroom.

The shower inside the suite was partially broken and only the handheld shower worked. There is also an outdoor shower area, but the drain was clogged and water flooded into the room during our stay.

The housekeeping was also not good. The bathroom glass was extremely dirty and covered in marks and residue during the entire stay.

Breakfast was just average. There should be more bread and pastry options, as well as yogurt. I understand the region has naturally salty water, but unfortunately this affects the taste of everything prepared with it, including coffee, coffee with milk, and even plain milk.

Great value for money in the Atacama desert
Pros:

Rooms are large, comfortable, well decorated and the neighborhood is very quiet, great place to sleep. Staff in the dining area were very kind and efficient. Shuttle vans to and from the center / Caracoles.

Cons:

Pool area is nice, but requires some renovation.

La atención y comida del restaurante muy bueno. Especialmente los desayunos y destacar la atención de Cynthia.

La atención en la recepción, y algunos detalles que esperaba más, como el horario del restaurante cuando llegamos que estaba cerrado o el horario muy limitado del servicio de transporte al pueblo que no hace recorrido en la mañana. Además el dormitorio no tenía control de TV y el black out en mal estado.
