Nos ayudaron mucho con la comida sin gluten para mis dos hijas celíacas, no tuvimos problemas , hubo muy buena disponibilidad y atención del chef Sebastián , y en el restaurant de Félix y María José. También nos ayudaron a organizar los paseos los guías Eduardo y Sebastián . El hotel es cómodo y está cerca del centro , a 10 minutos en bicicleta .

Rude and slow staff, poor facilities, and overall poor experience.

Virtually nothing

Cons:

Staff were rude, unfriendly, and not proactive. The venue had an odd smell. Booking activities was a tedious process, with very poor communication from the hotel. They also messed up my luggage, keeping it outside in a sandstorm when I asked for it to be stored with the concierge, and made no effort to apologize. As a whole, I have had a very poor experience at this self-proclaimed 5-star hotel.

La habitación es amplia. La cama es enorme. Hay dispensadores de agua y cafeteras tanto en la habitación como en el vestíbulo. La atención del personal es muy amable y atenta.
El hotel es muy lindo y cómodo. Cuenta con servicio de bicicletas.

Cons:

El restaurante es malísimo y carísimo. Recomiendo NO comer en el restaurante a la carta.
El bar está bien, los tragos son ricos.
Había olor a cloaca en el baño y a la salida de la habitación. Pero por la falta de agua del lugar desconozco si es normal.

En general el alojamiento es muy cómodo, cosas que mejorar como algunas personas del personal, específicamente garzones

Teniendo “media pensión” hubieron 2 almuerzos que se equivocaron a la hora de traer la cuenta 3 veces… a la hora del check out, incluso igual habían cobrado un almuerzo, dejando incluso una boleta con una firma que no correspondía a la mía. Adicional a lo anterior; En 2 oportunidades cuando nos cobraron un par de tragos que compramos y unos postres nos ponían la máquina al revés cosa de solo poner la tarjeta sin ver lo que ponían en la pantalla, esto me llevó a sospechar que pasaba ahí, resulta que incluían la propina sin preguntar. El problema no es incluir propina, jamás he dicho que no, el problema es no consultarlo, y más aún cuando a esa persona la primera noche le preguntamos junto a mi señora si prefería que le incluyera la propina cada vez que comiéramos o si prefería al final del viaje una propina generosa… lo anterior deja mucho que desear, porque es un hotel 5 estrellas, nunca me había pasado algo así en ningún otro hotel de “características similares”

Good location and comfortable bed, but the maintenance, cleanliness, and room conditions were far below expectations.

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient for exploring San Pedro de Atacama. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The best part of the room was definitely the bed, which was huge and very comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience in room 1103 had several serious issues.

The pool appears to be in poor condition. Right after entering the water, I started feeling intense itching that continued afterward, leaving welts on my skin from scratching.

The room had a very strong sewage smell, especially in the bathroom, and there was an absurd amount of flies inside both the room and bathroom.

The shower inside the suite was partially broken and only the handheld shower worked. There is also an outdoor shower area, but the drain was clogged and water flooded into the room during our stay.

The housekeeping was also not good. The bathroom glass was extremely dirty and covered in marks and residue during the entire stay.

Breakfast was just average. There should be more bread and pastry options, as well as yogurt. I understand the region has naturally salty water, but unfortunately this affects the taste of everything prepared with it, including coffee, coffee with milk, and even plain milk.
