Comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

Size of room and huge balcony, separate toilet and shower. Lots of shampoo and shower gel. Hot water all the time.
Walkable to market, restaurants and bars, ATM and mini marts.
Fee bikes not the best quality but free and got us around.
Breakfast limited but adequate. Fridge in room stayed on when key tab removed.
Garden nice to relax in, small clean pool although we didn’t use it.
Lien recommended Lotus spa just down the road, excellent.

Cons:

Laundry was a bit slow, ending up collecting it ourselves.

Quiet nice hotel next to the river
Pros:

It was on a nice quiet location next to the river.
The room itself was spacious, very comfy beds and working hot water.
The host speaks good English and helps everything you need.
They also provide free bicycle and a motorbike rental service to explore Hoi an.
The breakfast was also more as ok, besides western breakfast they also have Vietnamese food on the menu.

Pros:

Très joli petit hotel avec un personnel souriant et accueillant.
La chambre familiale était bien agencé et les lits confortables. Petit balcon pour en prime 😉
Le petit déjeuner est a la carte et fait a la minute, très bon.
Gros.plus: L'hôtel met des vélos a disposition

Peut etre un peu trop éloigné de la vieille ville de Hoi An!

Excellent place to stay whilst enjoying Hoi An
Pros:

Great place to stay a couple of km out of the old town but easy to get in on bikes and closer to rice fields chill zone (Roving Chillhouse is a great place to watch sunset over a drink). Lin and team were fantastic and she couldnt have been more helpful. Rooms spotless, lovely breakfasts, nice pool and garden to relax - very charming. All such Good value. Thank you 🙏🏼

Pros:

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel direkt am Fluss. Tolle Zimmer mit sehr großem Bett und Walk in dusche.Sonnenterasse mit 2 Liegen. Schönes Ala Card Frühstück. Die Managerin Lien hat uns gerne mit allem weiter geholfen und Tips gegeben. Tolles Spa 5 min. entfernt.

Un peu excentré mais plutôt calme, nous sommes arrivés en plein milieu de la nuit à cause d’un retard de bus. Ils nous avaient laissé la clé pour que nous puissions accéder à la chambre. Vélo en libre accès et tout est accessible à vélo !

Superbe expérience !
Pros:

La chambre est très propre avec un lit confortable et une vue superbe sur la rivière depuis le balcon.
À notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par la gérante avec un verre de jus frais.
Vous pouvez avoir accès gratuitement à des bicyclettes, les points clefs de la ville ne se trouvent pas loin de l’hôtel.
La piscine est également très jolie et bien entretenue.
De plus, la gérante nous a laissé bénéficier de tous les équipements même après le check-out, le jour de notre départ, en attendant notre bus.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived at the airport, everything was seamless—the airport-to-hotel transfer was well-organized, comfortable, and on time, making our arrival completely stress-free.

The staff were exceptional—warm, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of, whether it was assisting with our luggage, arranging activities, or checking in on our comfort throughout our stay.
