A great stay, just far enough from the action of downtown
Pros:

The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood, with stores, restaurants and a market nearby yet was still a short Grab drive away from downtown Hoi An. It had a pool and our room had a balcony with 2 loungers. The room was a good size, the water pressure was good and there was lots of hot water. It had ac, a great breakfast, and good wifi. Best of all was the friendly, helpful host who spoke good English and was very responsive.

Cons:

The fridge was very noisy and we had to unplug it to sleep. The walls are thin, so you can hear water running and other guests talking if they come in late at night. The tv didn’t work, but the host responded quickly when told and sent it for repair.

Ongetwijfeld één van de beste accomodaties in Hoi An
Pros:

Na een reis van 6 maanden doorheen Azië is Green Oasis Riverside Villa een van de beste hotels gebleken waar we verbleven.
Het hotel lijkt wat ver te liggen van het oude centrum, maar met de gratis fietsen die ze aanbieden ben je er in minder dan 10 minuten. Daarnaast is het zo druk en lawaaierig in het centrum dat je hier toch liefst niet te dicht bij verblijft. Bijkomend voordeel is dat het ook heel dicht gelegen is bij het strand.
De ontvangst in het hotel is heel warm en persoonlijk. Kim en de andere dames helpen iedereen met een onvermoeid enthousiasme. Een heel groot voordeel is ook dat de eigenares het Engels zeer goed beheert.
De kamers zijn geweldig, en we kunnen de luxe kamer met uitzicht op de rivier ten zeerste aanbevelen. Onze kamer was aanzienlijk ruimer dan de gemiddelde kamers in Vietnam en was genereus geëquipeerd met al het nodige. Het bed was gigantisch en uiterst comfortabel. Een toilet apart van de badkamer was een leuke plus. De kamer werd ook dagelijks gepoetst en was smetteloos. Ten slotte beschikt de kamer ook over een enorm terras met twee ligstoelen en zicht op de rivier. Fantastisch om op uit te rusten.
Wij kunnen deze accommodatie dus niet genoeg aanbevelen aan iedereen die Hoi An wenst te bezoeken.

Pros:

The staff were really friendly and attentive, the breakfast was delicious especially the pho, the pool was a lovely escape from the heat and there were free bikes available to easily ride into the old town.

Pros:

This was truly a 12 out of 10 stay. Kim, the host, took care of everything, and as a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe. Every recommendation she gave - whether it was for a spa or tours - was perfect and I could even extend my stay last minute. The property is beautiful, the room has everything you need, and the location is calm and lovely, just a short bike ride from everything. One of the best stays I’ve had in Southeast Asia.

Iets minder comfortabel dan gehoopt
Pros:

Ontzettend lief personeel en genoten van een lekker ontbijtje. Je mag iets uitkiezen van de kaart.
De gratis fietsen waarmee je in 10 minuten in het oude centrum bent is ook top.

Cons:

Wij hadden hoge verwachtingen door de score dat dit verblijf krijgt maar helaas viel het ons wat tegen.

Het is niet zo prachtig mooi en schoon van dichtbij en het grootste probleem was de kakkerlakken plaag die wij troffen in onze wc van kamer 104. De eerste dag zagen we ze niet maar op dag 2 heeft mijn partner er maar liefst 20 gedood. Hier moet echt serieus iets aan gedaan worden en ik vertrouw erop dat dit ook wel zal gebeuren.

Pros:

Liên on reception was incredibly helpful and made our short stay memorable. The early check-in and great advice in regards to nearby attractions - what to pay and what not to pay saved us money. Also, she arranged a private car to Da Nang for us which was better value than the taxi options. Well situated and comfortable stay. Breakfast at the nearby 'Old Rice Field Coffee/Brunch' being a highlight. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would like to return again in the near future.

Comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

Size of room and huge balcony, separate toilet and shower. Lots of shampoo and shower gel. Hot water all the time.
Walkable to market, restaurants and bars, ATM and mini marts.
Fee bikes not the best quality but free and got us around.
Breakfast limited but adequate. Fridge in room stayed on when key tab removed.
Garden nice to relax in, small clean pool although we didn’t use it.
Lien recommended Lotus spa just down the road, excellent.

Cons:

Laundry was a bit slow, ending up collecting it ourselves.
