The room i stayed is always well kept, on top of that the receptionist, Lien, made the premise 10x better:

If I have to nitpick, the bed’s mattress would need an upgrade.

Very enjoyable, would definitely book again!

Great location, quiet and clean with a great pool and clean spacious rooms with a balcony with a really nice bathroom. The host was extremely kind and helped us with everything we needed. Free breakfast and affordable bike rentals.

Pure Freundlichkeit

Eines der sympathischsten kleinen Hotels, die wir kennen. Man erwartet hier keinen 5 Sterne Luxus, doch unser Zimmer + Bad waren bequem, angemessen und sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte wunderbar, was bei den im April herrschenden Temperaturen auch nötig ist. Das Frühstück konnte man sich täglich anhand einer Liste aussuchen. Unbeschreiblich aber ist die Freundlichkeit von Lien, der Gastgeberin. Immer ansprechbar, in perfektem Englisch stets auskunftsbereit und hilfreich, war sie das personifizierte Highlight unseres Besuchs in Hoi An.
Ihren Restaurant Vorschlägen in Hotelnähe oder im Zentrum von Hoi An kann man vertrauen. Wir waren nie enttäuscht. Lien hat uns zu fairen Preisen wunderbare und bequeme Besichtigungsfahrten mit Lam organisiert, einem super netten, kompetenten und äußerst umsichtigen Fahrer. Dieser Service war für uns, im Alter von jeweils weit über 70, echt Gold wert. Wir haben Lam richtig ins Herz geschlossen - er nannte uns immer „ Großeltern „. Sehr süß. Keine Bitte hat er uns abgeschlagen, sogar zur ATM hat er uns gebracht, wenn es mal wieder nötig war. Wir werden Hoi An dank Lien und Lam sicher nicht vergessen.

Bon Petit déjeuner, vélo à disposition gratuitement pour se balader, personnels très gentils, possibilité de faire du change à l’hôtel (pas le meilleur taux), nous a fait un petit déjeuner take away comme on partait tôt le lendemain

Ça nous a pas dérangé mais un peu éloigné du centre mais facile à faire en vélo ou scooter, à pied compliqué

Great relaxing stay.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room had everything you needed and was fresh and clean. We were lucky to have a fabulous view of the river and a small terrace with sun beds. The pool was excellent also.

A comfortable, cozy experience
Pros:

Kim, the owner is so friendly and helpful. She helped us book cars, gave us recommendations, and offers free bikes to get around. The pool is heavenly and the rooms are big. Will 100% stay again!
