Like enough to rebooked
Excellent location, the apartment was clean and the manager showed us how to use everything. He also send us the best tips for our stay.
The bathroom may feel a bit lacking in privacy for couples, as it has a frosted glass panel and the door does not provide much sound isolation.

The initial reaction on entering the building is puzzlement. This is communal building Its entrance is a combo of mini restaurants mini coffee shop and some BNB rooms. good vibe for young people, right at the heart of #1 district right in-front of walking plaza, surprisingly quiet at night for good rest.

It’s very very central in the Café Apartment Building
As it’s very very central in the Café Apartment Building it’s a bit loud during the day because of many tourists. Also the house itself is very old and not that new.
We love the location, right in the middle of Nguyen Hue street. The room and bed are clean, and the host, Tuan was very responsive and kind enough to give us late check-out. There is a cafe right outside the apartment, and you can always grab coffee at any cafe in the building.
Had to wait for the elevator, but it was not a big deal since we had no problem to use the stairs.

… Very interesting building… For millions of tourists as well. The elevator can be a real pain in the butt. There's only one, it's free for people staying here, but it can be quite a delay. And you almost always have to walk downstairs as you cannot call the elevator for descending during business hours
No view from the room.
Glass between the bedroom and toilet. There is a blind but it is still somewhat transparent. No privacy when you're on the jon!
Location is good and room is clean
"This isn't a hotel, it's a shopping complex with restaurants and shops that offers limited room-like accommodations. The single lift serving all shops is often queued and disabled down button. so I had to lug my luggage down from the 6th floor on room checkout. Just a heads up, consider this option only if there's absolutely no other room available 😬."
I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is right in the city center, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The room was clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service as well.
The only downside was the elevator. There is only one lift, so sometimes you have to wait a bit long, but it’s understandable. On the bright side, if you stay here, you won't have to pay the 3,000 VND elevator fee!

Everything was clean and well maintained. All the necessary amenities were in place: towels, toothbrushes, etc.
We especially loved the host. Many thanks to Mr. Tuan for being in touch from the very beginning. A day before our arrival, he sent us detailed information and photos explaining how to get there, what to say and show (with photos) to access the elevator. On the day of check-in (we arrived very late, at 2 a.m.), he met us on the first floor, helped with our luggage, and carefully explained and demonstrated step by step how to enter and exit the building. After the first instruction he helped us with nearby facilities: food, exchange, restaurants, apotheca by sending all this useful info.
There was also a sign with the door password in the room, which was shown to us very attentively as well.
The bed linens and blanket were very soft, and the pillows were comfortable. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this place.
Der Besitzer Mr. Tuan hat mich schon vorher angeschrieben zwecks einchecken und war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist wirklich schön und sehr sauber und groß . Auch der große Fernseher mit Netflix war toll. Mr. Tuan hat per Whatsapp gefragt ob was zu säubern ist oder Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu wechseln ist. Außerdem war es in dem Zimmer sehr ruhig.
Der Stadtblick oder die Aussicht auf eine Sehenswürdigkeit hab ich vermisst. Wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut sieht man nur teil eines anderen Hauses . Am meisten genervt hat mich der Weg in die Wohnung. Die war in der 6. Etage , das war mir klar . Was ich nicht wusste , das Haus hat 9 Etagen und in jeder Etage sind Cafes und Restaurants und das Haus hat nur einen sehr kleinen Aufzug. Das Haus scheint durch Instagramm oder Reiseführer berühmt zu sein . Es ist ein Touristenmagnet. Da will man in seine Wohnung in der 6 Etage und da stehen ein Haufen Touristen vor dem kleinen Aufzug und wollen nach oben. Und dann muss man warten. Am Sonntag wurde sogar der Knopf für die Abfahrt nach unten gesperrt , angeblich weil so viele Touristen im Gebäude waren. Also hab ich versucht erst nach oben zu fahren . Der Aufzug hat angehalten ich ging rein , da sagte der Aufzug " Er ist überladen " Also musste ich wieder raus. 10 Minuten auf einen Aufzug warten macht keinen Spaß.
