Excellent location for a stylish and comfortable room
Pros:

The location was top notch, and the room was so nicely appointed.

Cons:

The elevator could be a bit of a situation since there are so many tourists coming to visit the Cafe Apartments tourist site. I thought that the window screen to the shower area was not see-through, I found out that that was not the case. Be warned!

An absolute gem of a spot in central HCMC

An absolute gem of a spot in a landmark building of HCMC. Everything you could need is in the same building and if it wasn't in there, it wasn't far away!

Cons:

Sometimes the lifts were super busy, due to the amount of tourists trying to use the lifts and having people hold up the lift because they weren't able to pay for it, then arguing with the staff at the bottom around the cost was a little funny at times, especially over about 50 cents AUD, but overall it wasn't too bad.

Its located in one of the famous building and tourist attraction housing various coffee and eating restaurants

Cons:

The lift is used by tourist hence a long queue. Unless fit to climb 6 floors, need to be patient in the queue

Pros:

Location is perfect, lots of food and drink facilities within the building. The smells are amazing. Room looked new and was spotless. Communication through WhatsApp with the host was seamless who was very friendly and thorough.

マイナス点もあるけど、値段と場所を考えればまた泊まりたい
Pros:

ロケーションは言うまでもなく最高。市内中心地であり、有名観光地の中にある。歩いて5秒でレストランに入れるし、雨にも濡れない。部屋は綺麗で清潔。部屋は綺麗で清潔。連絡すれば毎日タオルを替えてくれる。コストパフォーマンスはとても高い。

Cons:

シャワーの水圧が弱く、髪を洗うのに時間がかかる。ハンドシャワーの角度が悪い（正面を向いている）。窓が観光客の多く通る外廊下に向いていて、窓を開けられないし、カーテンも開けづらい。エレベーターが観光客でいつも混んでいて、1回乗るのに10分待つ。

Un vrai fake sur booking!!!!!!!
Pas de clim, pas nettoyer, pas d ascenseur ou pour les café terasses donc 15mn d attente pour monter et descendre du 6eme,pas de réception et de bagagerie comme note sur l annonce. Obligation de trouver une autre chambre dans la rapidité au vu de la chambre inpraticable. Une honte
