An absolute gem of a spot in central HCMC

An absolute gem of a spot in a landmark building of HCMC. Everything you could need is in the same building and if it wasn't in there, it wasn't far away!

Cons:

Sometimes the lifts were super busy, due to the amount of tourists trying to use the lifts and having people hold up the lift because they weren't able to pay for it, then arguing with the staff at the bottom around the cost was a little funny at times, especially over about 50 cents AUD, but overall it wasn't too bad.

The lift is used by tourist hence a long queue. Unless fit to climb 6 floors, need to be patient in the queue

Pros:

Location is perfect, lots of food and drink facilities within the building. The smells are amazing. Room looked new and was spotless. Communication through WhatsApp with the host was seamless who was very friendly and thorough.

ロケーションは言うまでもなく最高。市内中心地であり、有名観光地の中にある。歩いて5秒でレストランに入れるし、雨にも濡れない。部屋は綺麗で清潔。部屋は綺麗で清潔。連絡すれば毎日タオルを替えてくれる。コストパフォーマンスはとても高い。

Cons:

シャワーの水圧が弱く、髪を洗うのに時間がかかる。ハンドシャワーの角度が悪い（正面を向いている）。窓が観光客の多く通る外廊下に向いていて、窓を開けられないし、カーテンも開けづらい。エレベーターが観光客でいつも混んでいて、1回乗るのに10分待つ。

Un vrai fake sur booking!!!!!!!
Pas de clim, pas nettoyer, pas d ascenseur ou pour les café terasses donc 15mn d attente pour monter et descendre du 6eme,pas de réception et de bagagerie comme note sur l annonce. Obligation de trouver une autre chambre dans la rapidité au vu de la chambre inpraticable. Une honte

With all that chaos we would stay there again.
Pros:

the room was very clean and nice as picture shown in booking owner is very attentive

Cons:

The initial reaction on entering the building is puzzlement. This is communal building Its entrance is a combo of mini restaurants mini coffee shop and some BNB rooms. good vibe for young people, right at the heart of #1 district right in-front of walking plaza, surprisingly quiet at night for good rest.

Great location, great facilities, book it!
Pros:

Excellent location, the apartment was clean and the manager showed us how to use everything. He also send us the best tips for our stay.

Cons:

The bathroom may feel a bit lacking in privacy for couples, as it has a frosted glass panel and the door does not provide much sound isolation.
