The breakfast was with little options only olives and murtdella and 1 type of cheese ,with bugs flying every where so we go out again outside the hotel

Careful of this hotel
The location, size of the apartment, underground parking,
1- I made a request during my reservation for a baby crib and an additional bed and they have accepted, I asked when I arrived for it and it took them 6 hrs to provide them! after talking to them about 4-5 times and going down to the reception myself!! waiting till 10pm was very annoying!
2- the room housekeeping was very poor and strange! they remove the used towels but don't replace them! first day I had two towels in my bathroom, 2nd day only one...third day NONE!!!
3- the breakfast area was extremely disappointing! very small and crowded!! we ended up going for outside restaurants for breakfast!!
4- the toilet seat was oddly small!! my "thing" was continuously hitting the seat!!! this is a very serious hygiene issue!!!!! imagine every dude and his ''thing'' hitting the seat!!!! the toilet room itself was big, so I really wonder why they decided to place a tiny seat!!
those are the major ones, no need to mention any minor things...

The reception team was wonderful and friendly, even upgrading us to a larger room. The bellboys were incredibly respectful and treated us like friends. Both teams fully deserve 5 stars!
Hats off to the Lebanese manager and Jordanian chef for their outstanding hospitality! However, the food options were limited and repetitive.
Very slow response and poor cleaning quality. We complained about multiple issues several times with no proper resolution. Additionally, the towels and linens had a bad odor due to poor storage.
We were locked out of our room for an hour because the door battery died. We thank them for eventually fixing it, but it was clear they were unprepared for such emergencies.

I would like to express my appreciation for the receptionist in charge , the lady from Lebanon .
during my stay at the hotel over the last 5 days , she was very professional ,welcoming ,and helpful
her excellent customer service, friendly attitude,and willingness to assist made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable . she is a great asset to the hotel and I would like to thanks her for her outstanding hospitality
Break fast is not good
I hope the hotel will improve the breakfast experience for future guest

انا حجزت جناح الغرفتين وصالة
غرفة النوم الرئيسية فيه خزانة تعليق ملابس صغيرة فقط وما فيه اي خزانة رفوف
دورات المياة كلها ما فيه رفوف للمناشف او ادوات الشور
ضغط الماء في الشور ضعيف جدا
دورة مياة الغرفة الثانية الشطاف مكسور ولم يتم اصلاحه
صراحة الاسعار مبالغ فيها مقارنه بالجناح عالواقع
اولا اشكر موظف الاستقبال الرائع المتواضع سعد فريد اللذي يعد فريد من نوعه كان ودودا ويريد ان يخدمك في كل مره يراك فيها
وموقع الفندق كمان ممتاز جدا والشقه مريحه وتنسيقها جدا جميل ومناسب للعوايل ويوجد بقاله مفتوحه 24 ساعه ويوجد مواقف خارجيه وداخليه
أتمنى تطوير المقهى الخاص بالفندق
