Pros:

Для меня очень важна чистота в номерах и этим отель мне очень понравился - своей чистотой. Также понравилась чистота и свежесть постельного белья, ежедневная уборка, наличие чая и кофе, сервис, внимательное отношение и доброжелательность персонала.

Cons:

Хотелось бы, чтобы на завтраках было больше разнообразия - в данный момент выбора мало, еда очень быстро надоедает.

"We had a wonderful stay! The room 2904 was spotless, and the staff was incredibly welcoming specially Jay from the reception Bahaa, Murad and Tina. "We were absolutely thrilled with the unexpected room upgrade—it made our celebration truly special !A huge thank you for the thoughtful birthday cake; it was a wonderful touch. The staff of the entire hotel was friendly. Once again , thank you Jay & All staff in all departments. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Hanane Bihi & Aly Taman.
