The property was very beautiful and staff was very nice.
The carpet in the room had a couple stains
Looked nice outside the broken things around the hotel
They charge you $15 a person for breakfast but they do not give that information until after you eat. They do not inform you there is a cost when checking in and they do not have any signs stating you have to pay. It is the same mediocre breakfast you get a basically every other hotel for free so not worth the cost. Also, Not a huge deal but there we also lots of broken things around the lobby (front circle door was broken, the handicap didn’t work on some of the side doors, drinking fountains had caution tape). It was not an affordable stay so overall not worth what we spent
My check-in & check-out was easy and the customer service rep Khara was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable of questions asked of her. She was multi-tasking and had a smile on her face while she completed the tasks :)
The hotel was in a very nice area & location was great from other activities, shopping and restaurants. I had a corner room and even the noise level was QUIET!!
At one time during the stay, there were children running throughout the halls, elevators and stairs (kids being kids) HOWEVER, that distraction was rectified way before I turned in for the night's rest.
I liked that it was spacious, clean, and had a Starbucks cafe
The staff wasn’t welcoming or informative, and the continental breakfast was subpar to be an extra cost. I checked in and was asked to pay my room deposit and was handed keys, no directions to room or run down of amenities offered. Potatoes were burnt but still served, the scrambled eggs were floating in water, and the orange juice was warm and tasted spoiled. We had a 3 night stay and our room wasn’t cleaned once.
Rooms were big
It was nice!
Last minute reservation.
Not enough parking
Cleanliness and bathroom plumbing with back up in shower was poor.
Clean
Someone was given a key to our room and opened the room with my wife and kids in it. They were very startled and we needed to switch rooms after as we all felt very uncomfortable. Then the next night there was a large party happening in the hotel and had music going until at least 10pm very loud that it disturbed my small children
