Muy organizado y limpio. Gracias por la atención.

Cons:

Aunque se indicaba que no había Aire acondicionado, y dejaron un ventilador, el piso es muy caliente en verano y mas la habitación. Es importante tener un mejor confort.

Excellent location, outstanding host, and very clean accommodation, but be prepared for some noise.
Pros:

Great central location and a very easy check-in process. The room and shared areas were spotless and everything was well prepared for guests. There was a good hairdryer, reliable hot water, and all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptionally kind, responsive, and helpful, providing excellent local recommendations and useful guides before and during the trip.

Cons:

The main issue was the bathroom sink, which was almost completely clogged and drained very slowly. Sound insulation was also quite poor. While I couldn’t hear people inside their rooms, noise from the corridor, bathroom, entrance door, keys, and other common areas was very noticeable. I could also hear sounds from the building itself, such as windows and shutters being opened and closed.

Great place for a short stay in Bilbao. Location is great, walking distance from the Center but in a quiet neighbourhood. Room is cosy and the apartment has great facilities. We were lucky to have our own private bathroom as there was only one other couple there. Communication was good and easy.

Cons:

The bathroom is really small, keep in mind if you're a bigger person. Bathroom sink would drain really slowly leaving a lot of water in the sink for a long time, it was fine for us as we had a private bathroom but when shared could get gross.

Нам сподобалось. Ті недолікі, які були , незначні по зрівнянню з перевагами.
Pros:

Зручне розташування, близько до центру. Хозяйка привітна і завжди на зв'язку. Дала багато корисних порад щодо гарних ресторанів і місць. Дуже чисто. Всі зручності в душовій кабині. Нам було комфортно. Гарна кухня

Cons:

Не вистачило можливості готувати їжу: теплі сніданки. Не було вікна до вулиці. Вікно було з виглядом на 3 стіни, близько розташовані . Не вистачало трохи свіжого повітря.
