Excelente opción cerca del Aeropuerto
Pros:

Excelente Ubicación muy cerca del aeropuerto Toluca. El servicio es bueno son muy amables, el desayuno es sencillo pero esta bien por que esta incluido en el precio de la habitación que es de costo accesible. El precio es mejor reservando en Booking que directamente. Reservamos una suite con una cama grande, la habitación es más amplia e incluye microondas, desayunador, un sofá, tina, etc.

Cons:

Sugiero poner cubierta al sofá por que tenia algunas manchas por el uso. Respecto al baño había tina-regadera pero se salía mucho el agua.

La rapides para hacer el checkin, que todo es claro y rapido

Cons:

Que las toallas siempre estan viejas, manchadas y a veces hasta con hoyos, e ido varias veces a ese hotel y siempre es lo mismo, las toallas son muy viejas..

La atención de personal de recepción.

Cons:

- Los "huevos" estaban excesivamente grasosos y fríos.
- No había leche para cereal, y eran las 7:50am.
- Las sábanas estaban arrugadas y con mancha de suciedad.
- No había cobija extra y el calentador no funcionaba con buena calidad.

Pros:

A pesar de estar cerca de una avenida principal no es un lugar ruidoso, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y acogedoras

Cons:

dejaron pocos articulos de higiene personal, fuimos 3 personas y un solo jabón, insuficiente papel, tuvimos que solicitar más al personal de limpieza . los minisplits eran muy ruidosos al trabajar el condensador y en ese momento el aire era frío, después de unos minutos el aire regresaba a la temperatura programada, los aires son un poco anticuados
