Tolles Restaurant und sehr herzliche, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen in einem sehr schönen, alt ehrwürdigen Gebäude.
War alles gut!
Mooie kamer in een voormalig agriturismo. Zeer rustig gelegen op het platteland (wel ver van winkels en dergelijke). Mooie omgeving. Goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en de grotten van Frasassi. Uitstekend ontbijt.
De kamer werd niet steeds opgemaakt.

Ho apprezzato la serenità e il silenzio di questo splendido posto. Il luogo giusto per rigenerarsi inoltre la cucina è davvero strepitosa consiglio il carpaccio e la lasagna accompagnati ovviamente da un assortimento di vino variegato sono stata davvero bene anche per la gentilezza dei gestori

Accompagnati in camera ci viene fatto presente che sul controsoffitto era stata effettuata una riparazione per una perdita dal piano superiore e che doveva ancora essere risistemato. In questo caso avrebbero dovuto spostarci in un'altra soluzione visto che la struttura era vuota. La camera si è rivelata una delusione sotto vari aspetti : dall'arredamento anonimo, alle lenzuola sporche, ma in particolar modo la cosa che ha destato piu disgusto è stato il bagno. A terra erano presenti capelli e cumuli di polvere, segno di totale assenza di attenzione nella pulizia. I servizi erano quasi del tutto inesistenti, c'era la possibilita di accedere alla piscina ma "era da pulire" e questa operazione è stata fatta intorno alle ore 12:00, quando ce ne stavamo andando. Terminiamo questo scarso ma costoso soggiorno con la colazione, totalmente industriale. Tutti i prodotti erano confezionati, non c'era nulla di fresco e di locale (cosa che in realta ci saremmo aspettati). Di certo un posto che non consiglierei a nessuno.

No té gaire detalls en res, habitació amb molta poca gracia. No nevera, no accesoris per penjar tovalloles, no articles de bany... i l'esmorzar, terrible!

La struttura avrebbe un gran potenziale se fosse tenuta in ordine in modo adeguato Camere belle comode e pulite a parte le zanzariere rotte e qualche dettaglio strutturale non proprio adeguato Mentre i giardini e la piscina non sono curati e puliti come dovrebbe essere per un posto che si fa chiamare Boutique Hotel
La Colazione salata praticamente inesistente solo fette di prosciutto cotto e formaggio di quelle già pronte del supermercato ripeto non altezza del nome del hotel Peccato perché le marche offrono prodotti a km zero eccellenti a prezzi adeguati
Il paesaggio merita sicuramente anche se non abbiamo trovato la tranquillità che cercavamo
La piscina è stata é stata concessa anche ad una quarantina di trentenni non ospiti della struttura di un paese vicino per festeggiare un compleanno, rompendo la quiete del posto con musica e schiamazzi dalle 10 alle 18,30, rendendo impossibile l'utilizzo della piccola piscina e del bar, dove avevano il buffet organizzato appositamente per loro dai proprietari
Scarso rispetto per gli ospiti della struttura da parte dei proprietari che non hanno capito il disagio provocato.
Per mio figlio di 16 anni è stato preparto un lettino non adatto e troppo piccolo, mio figlio è alto 178cm.
The building is just beautiful, old house with a lot of charm and it was restored very beautifully. The pool area is very nice, the food in the restaurant was excellent! Our hostess Irene was so friendly and kind, thank You again!
Het ontbijt is schitterend, wat een vriendelijke mensen. Niks is hen teveel gevraagd en wat een glimlach, echt top. Het zwembad en de locatie is erg idyllisch. We komen graag terug, in de toekomst.
Gezien het niveau van het Engels van het personeel wat aan de lage kant is, is het handig om enkele woordjes Italiaans te leren. Wij hadden een familie-kamer, helaas was slechts 1 van de 2 slaapvertrekken voorzien van een Airco.
