Cons:

The host did not reply to any of my queries. Traveled 7 hrs from the province to the metro only to find out that we didnt have a place to stay. Do not book this property.

It’s a scam!! Don’t book this hotel
Cons:

Couldn’t even contact the property owner once I arrived at the entrance of the grass and just looks stupid while waiting for her to answer you (could’t enter the tower without the property owner). I already paid the room and this listing is a scam. Booking.com should’ve removed this hotel listing so no one would’ve been a victim of this. It was such a hassle and a waste of time.

A residence in the busy Manila
Pros:

We loved that it was close to SM Mall and to food places. Checking in at midnight was smooth. There was a bridge that connects the residence to the mall.

Pros:

the city view in the balcony, tha basic chores we needed were already there, the board games that were available in the unit is very useful especially when you have kids along with you, also the Malls just around the corner, excellent!!..also there's a heater in the bath..

we saw small cockroaches in the closet, flooring and in the kitchen counter..

So good, we like it.
Pros:

My mother and her companions liked the clean place and good accommodation.

Cons:

What they kinda do not like is the availability of drinking water. It was insufficient during our stay. We're assuming we can still have something to use until Tuesday.
