Le moment où je suis arrivé devant l'établissement et que le propriétaire m'annonce au téléphone que le studio était déjà loué... Donc de me démerder pour trouver autre chose.
Avoir payé 125€ pour ne même pas avoir pu rentrer dans l'appartement...
J'attends toujours le remboursement.
It was cheap. Fine if you want a doss house if you can deal with screaming and shouting
When we got there, I had to try and speak french, which I don't speak to get in the place. The man who let us just walked us to our room without much info. Quite noisy in there. Other quests screaming and fighting. I was with my fiancé so I felt protected. A girl was there who couldn't even get in the accommodation and we let her in as she was stood outside on her own, she sat in the waiting area and she was getting no assistance to get to her room. We helped as much as possible but I did feel very worried for her. No toilet roll in the bathroom. The bed broke when I sat on it (I'm not that fat either!). Not a fun time!!

The room was very neglected, door was not nicely paint, one of the toilet with broken shower and not too clean.

The owner didn’t speak English and he also forgot to send us the code for the keybox as well as the floor and number of our room. He wasn’t even trying to communicate speaking to us fluent french even though we said that we didn’t understand. Also the room was very damaged and not soundproof at all hearing everything step taken outside our room.

No shower . Bad location not easy to find. Staff not there . You have to call them to give you the code to open the box key . No door bells . .
I got health (skin) problems after staying here! A disinfection is highly recommended for the room and beds. Moreover, the shower didn't work and the neighbors were noisy after 22:00. Altogether, the worst experience I ever had through booking.com in 15 years. Shame.

I loved the room it was clean and comfortable even tho it was on the third floor. We got towels and they smelled amazing.
The owner didnt tell us which bathroom can we use and they didnt even tell us where the bathroom is so we had to find it for ourselfes. One of the neighbours was screaming in the middle of the night. The location is not the greatest for brussels but its manageable because of subways and trains.
