Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Maya Hotel! Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The teams on both the morning and evening shifts were incredibly friendly, professional, and always greeted us with warm smiles.

​A special mention must go to the hotel manager, who was extremely helpful and made sure every detail of our stay was seamless. That level of hospitality and genuine care is rare to find. Beautiful hotel, brilliant service, and an amazing team—we can’t wait to come back!

Pros:

La struttura è centrale, a pochi passi da Thamel ma è poco spostata quindi è silenziosa.
Il personale è gentilissimo, la colazione varia e abbondante.
Le camere sono pulite, grandi e confortevoli.
Ci hanno organizzato anche lo spostamento per l’aeroporto includendolo nel prezzo della stanza, che abbiamo potuto tenere per una giornata ulteriore in modo da poter lasciare gli zaini e poterci fare una doccia prima di partire.
Consigliato se cercate un posto comodo e pulito in pieno centro!

早餐的蛋和菜盤都是現做的，就是那種在家裡廚房端出來的熱熱早餐，很驚喜，當然優格是涼的^^
所有的服務人員都非常的熱心有禮，有種認識很久的感覺，就是那種很細心幫忙但又不打擾你情緒的朋友
熱水大，吹風機有，因為這次決定的雨季獨旅，每天亂晃回來較晚，可以放心的洗熱水澡和洗頭
後來臨時決定延長住宿，正好遇到旅店換各樓層的門把施工，服務人員細心的在我吃完早餐離開旅店後，才開始動我住的那層樓，真的很謝謝他們，而且讓我安心的住在原來的那間房，不用搬來搬去。
大部分時間都剛好是戴帽子的服務先生，活力滿滿，熱心細心100分，吃早餐時，看到他服務其他客人，真的想按很多讚。
這是一間鬧中取靜，便利溫馨讓人有回家感覺的住宿，因為這樣的感覺，後來又延長了3天的住宿。

Pros:

Maya Boutique Hotel is by far the best place you can choose in Thamel!!!!! The best location, but also in a silent alley, a very good breakfast, the room is wonderful!!!! But the most of all are the people!!!!! What to say about the team? They are the most wonderful people you can have. Please, do not hesitate. The hotel is more than the best!

Il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile e fanno di tutto perché il soggiorno sia confortevole. Sono disponibili ad aiutare con taxi, tour ecc. La posizione è ottima in pieno centro a Thamel. Abbiamo soggiornato in agosto e i prezzi erano molto bassi

If I have chance to go Kathmandu I really want to stay there again

Amazing hotel in the center of Kathmandu. The service is excellent, they will help you with literally anything and will provide you with water, tea, or coffee as you please. The breakfast is complete and excellent. I’m a very poor sleeper and I had one of the best nights of my year (literally) in this room. The bed is so comfy, there is no noise, the AC functions very well and the shower is hot with great water pressure. Once again, they are so friendly. The facilities were also very clean. This is an amazing pick if you’re coming to Kathmandu, would recommend it to anyone coming to Nepal!!

Great stay overall
Pros:

Good location and and restaurants are easily available nearby the room and bathroom was nice and clean and had necessary facilities like water fridge napkins etc . staffs were very friendly and loved the breakfast not too heavy love it.

Cons:

although they gave me better room than what i booked only thing that i didnt like is that i think the price was bit too much for what was offered
