The blinds did not cover the east-facing window entirely. Therefore, an involuntary wake-up call every morning around 6. Rather enoying :-(
Size of the bathroom at the lower end for the price tag.

We opened the window to get cool fresh air at night while sleeping, but the pub at the narrow lane opposite closes late around 3am, so there was constant people talking/laughing noise until 3am.
