Friendly and helpful desk staff as well as the room being really well appointed, cosy and comfortable. The location was perfect and central to the places I wanted to visit.

The room was nice but it was so cold adjusted thermostat but dint make a difference had use the little blow heater but that neither made a difference

Breakfast choice is very good. The gym has sufficient fitness machines to meet our needs. The staff were polite and the rooms were serviced adequately.
Not a lot you can do about the location. Whilst great for the Royal Mile, the night club in the adjacent street was open to 3am with loud customers leaving the premisies.
Exceptional staff very friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble.
There was nothing we didn't like.
