Se sei per la prima volta a Istanbul la posizione è perfetta, il quartiere di Sultanahmet a potare di piedi e poi qualsiasi mezzo pubblico per andare in Asia così come a Galata

Pros:

The staff was great. They were welcoming all throught the visit. We mistakenly did the booking for 2 instead of 3, and the staff immediately solved the issue and accommodated us with no problem.
The room was comfortable with a convenient location with everything in close proximity.

Perfect oasis in the old city
Pros:

I love the hotel. In the middle of the buzzing old city, you step out of the flow of people into a quiet and peaceful oasis. Beautiful rooms, great breakfast, and very accommodating staff that often goes the extra mile to help you out.

Cons:

For some team members we had the rooms under the roof booked, which are VERY different to the rest of the rooms on all other floors. These rooms don't really have the design and charm - so I'd rather avoid them and stick to any of the other rooms (and categories).

Хорошее месторасположение. Очень красивый дизайн номеров. Большие номера.

Cons:

Очень шумно в номере из-за установленных блоков от кондиционеров на стене. Есть номера где окна выходят к зоне расположения этих блоков. Звук и шум 24ч.

Gorgeous hotel in great location.
Pros:

Loved this hotel, beautiful and the room was gorgeous. Location was excellent and the staff were amazing.

Cons:

Nothing! Other than the guests in the next room who had a blazing row one night, the hotel team were excellent and sorted it straight away.

Excelente hotel, muy linda ambientación e inmejorable ubicación
Pros:

Un hotel en excelentes condiciones, muy bien ambientado, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que el edificio tiene más de 100 años y que antes de ser hotel, era una fabrica de tabaco. Lindo por donde se lo mire y en el centro del Golden Horn!
