Highly recommend
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and value for price; and we got upgraded to a suite. Front desk arranged airport transport and guide for day tours. Highly recommend if you want to stay in old town area.

Front desk staff were nice and accommodating. Cleanliness need to improve especially in the bathroom

Cons:

Rude staff during breakfast. They put away my plates even though I wasn’t even finished eating yet. I felt rushed even though I still have 30 more minutes. They did not bother the other guests except me. Also the bathroom need more cleaning as there were mold build up in the tiles. They did not refill the hair conditioner in the bathroom and the Kleenex on the bedside table was almost empty before I even started using it.

GOOD HOTEL OVERALL.
Pros:

This is a lovelly hotel with great staff, restaurant being renovated when we were there, rooms comfortable and clean, hotel in good location, bit of a walk up hill to Mosque's and Cystern etc. Overall good hotel for the price in Istanbul.

Fantastic and quiet accomodation
Pros:

- Incredibly nice staff, made me feel like family at home. They were very attentive and helpful without feeling overwhelming.
- Arrived very early in the morning, could keep my lugagge there and they let me check in free of charge as soon as a room was available.
- Silent and very quiet room.
- Delicious breakfast (coffee a bit too weak)
- Great location for sightseeing in Sultanahmet.
- Loved the charging device for the phone.
- Good coffee machine in the room.

Cons:

- That I had to leave!

The homely feel of the hotel and each room

Cons:

I think the rooms could use a little sound proofing. They should definitely add a pool or bath tubs for a better experience. The rooms require a little more light. Ambient lighting is good but it can get too dark and gloomy for someone who stayed there for 6 days

Sehr schönes freundliches Hotel mitten in der Stadt

Sehr stilvolles Hotel, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, schönes Cafe angebunden, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Aufgrund von vorherigen Kommentaren haben wir uns nicht für das günstigste Zimmer entschieden, am Zimmer gab es für uns dann nichts auszusetzen, allerdings haben wir keinen vergleich zu den vorherigen Kritiken. Die Lage war genial für uns.

Cons:

Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war nicht schlecht aber auch nicht der allerschönste.
Der Preis für das Zimmer erschien und trotzdem noch recht Hoch obwohl es nichts auszusetzen gab.
ein einfaches taxis konnte von 0800-2200 nicht direkt bis vors Hotel fahren, wir mussten 200m laufen (nicht wirklich schlimm)

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Personnel accueillant et chambres très confortables .

L’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, le beau bâtiment historique, hôtel bien insonorisé, emplacement top.

Cons:

La salle à manger est trop sombre et les rideaux fermés oppressent un peu.
