Bel emplacement, chambre confortable et vue magnifique.
Pros:

Séjour satisfaisant. Le personnel est aimable et l'organisation de guides ou du hammam est facilitée sur demande. L'emplacement est idéal pour la visite des monuments, dans un quartier calme. La chambre (304) était spacieuse, confortable et offrait une vue magnifique.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner était correct mais peu varié. Même en arrivant tôt, certains produits manquaient déjà. Nous avons également noté une odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain, probablement due aux canalisations. Enfin, veuillez noter que certains services ne peuvent être réglés qu'en espèces.

Für einen Kurztripp durchaus zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Räume sind aussergewöhnlich gestaltet, Lage prima,Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Die wirklich schlechte Beleuchtung im Zimmer/Suite. Leider nur 1 Waschbecken. Frühstück nicht beeindruckend.

Pros:

The hotel has a modern feel while retaining some of it's historical charm. The room was spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. We couldn't fault the location for accessibility to all of the main tourist areas. We found everyone to be friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only a couple of small niggles. The bar in the hotel is very expensive, although the drinks are good. The Wi-Fi in the bar is also not great.

Erittäin ystävällinen, huumorintajuinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. Huone (205) oli siisti, puhdas, samoin suihku-wc, tuoksuton huoneilma. Huone siivottiin päivittäin. WiFi toimi hyvin. Yöt olivat hiljaisia, rauhallisia. Miellyttävä kingsize-vuode. Huoneessa useampi pieni valopiste. Monipuolinen aamiainen tyylikkäässä salissa. Kahvi/tee tarjoiltiin pöytään. Olemme erittäin tyytyväisiä hotelliin, palveluihin ja henkilökuntaan. Erikoiskiitoksen haluamme antaa Georgelle mukavista juttutuokioista ja The Evil Eyestä.

Cons:

Huone (205) oli liian kuuma. Seinällä oleva lämpömittari näytti jopa +28 astetta, joka oli tukahduttavan kuuma. Lämpötilan säätölaitteesta ei joka päivä saanut laskettua huoneen lämpötilaa. Ilmeisesti siivooja nosti lämpötilan takaisin +27/+28 asteeseen. Huonetta oli viilennettävä pitämällä ikkunaa auki. Sopiva huonelämpötila olisi ollut korkeintaan +21 astetta.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und zentral gehalten. Große geräumige Zimmer und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend!

Hotel elegante e confortável, bem localizado, com uma vista esplendida do quarto.
Pros:

O hotel é muito bonito e decorado com sofisticação. A vista do quarto de noite, para a Mesquita, é um espetáculo a parte. O quarto elegante e confortável. O café da manha excelente. Muito bem localizado para conhecer a parte histórica e as principais atrações, que são acessíveis em alguns minutos de caminhada. Também o porto para se deslocar para os demais bairros e a estação do oriente express são próximos

Cons:

O chuveiro não funcionava adequadamente. O restaurante excessivamente caro e apenas com menu degustação, O que não permitiu jantar mais de uma noite no hotel.

Il mio soggiorno al Régie Ottoman è stato semplicemente meraviglioso. L’hotel è un perfetto equilibrio tra eleganza storica e comfort contemporaneo. L’edificio è affascinante, ricco di carattere e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio.

La posizione è straordinaria: nel cuore della città storica, ideale per raggiungere a piedi le meraviglie di Istanbul come Santa Sofia, la Moschea Blu e il Gran Bazar. Passeggiare tra queste strade e poi tornare in questo luogo così raffinato è un vero piacere.

Le camere sono eleganti, silenziose e molto confortevoli, con un’atmosfera calda e sofisticata. Tutto è pensato per far sentire l’ospite coccolato.

Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale questo hotel è il personale: gentile, attento e sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso sincero. Ti fanno sentire davvero il benvenuto.

Un luogo pieno di charme, perfetto per vivere Istanbul con stile.
Non vedo già l’ora di tornare.

Beautifully broken
Pros:

The property looked incredible and was stunning the suite room was beautiful.

Cons:

The bathroom to suite was rotten 108 room number.
Not told the restaurant was closed on booking, in fact offered deals to go half board. Staff at breakfast lazy, loudest in the room. One member of staff attended to popping their spot in the mirror during breakfast… highlight.
Offered a horrendous transfer price, double what you can book equivalent and said their vehicles were the only ones allowed in-front of the hotel. That was a lie.
Staff generally disinterested had glimmers of hope from reception. They had some lovely people, but equally not as well.
A premise that’s had its good days and is on the decline.
Breakfast wasn’t topped up, generally a poor standard!
