Great service and comfortable stay
Pros:

A very enjoyable stay overall. The team was professional and friendly, and kindly upgraded our room, which we greatly appreciated.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Service was warm and efficient throughout.

The hotel is also in a very practical location for visiting the main sights of Istanbul.

A very positive experience and a hotel we would gladly recommend.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Die Lage war sehr schön, die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren auch sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Betten waren leider sehr hart und die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren leider nicht sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed it.
Pros:

Exceptional stay! The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. I was especially impressed by how child-friendly everything was – something you rarely experience at this level. We truly felt welcome and would be very happy to come back!

Energiaa riitti hyvin tärkeimpinen kohteiden kiertämiseen jalkaisin hotellin sijainnin ansioista.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli riittävän monipuolinen ja salaatit tuoreita. Ruokasali oli viihtyisä ja taustalla soiva musiikki miellytti. Henkilökunta huolehti hienosti kahvitarjoilusta ja osasi kertoa turkkilaisista erikoisuuksista.

Nice hotel in central location
Pros:

Great location in the centre of town, between Grand Bazaar, Galata Bridge and Aya Sophia. Close to lots of restaurants etc. Clean room, quite big for the cheaper attic room, and good breakfasts

Top Adresse für ein paar Tage in Istanbul
Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist hervorragend, alles fussläufig erreichbar.

Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden um sich zu stärken und in den Tag zu starten. Der Kaffee (Filterkaffee) war ok, aber nicht wirklich gut. Kaffee von der Bar, wie Cappucino muss extra bezahlt werden. Da ein guter Kaffee Standart sein sollte, sollte dieser inkludiert sein

Posizione comoda, ma esperienza complessivamente caotica e poco curata.
Pros:

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, comoda per gli spostamenti. Tuttavia, allo stesso tempo, la zona risulta piuttosto caotica e rumorosa.

Cons:

Struttura datata e poco curata. La vista dava direttamente sui motori dell’aria condizionata, con un rumore continuo delle cappe presente sia di giorno che di notte, rendendo il soggiorno poco confortevole.

Il bagno in condizioni pessime: doccia rumorosa con perdite d’acqua e lavandino costantemente otturato.

Colazione di livello basso, così come il servizio: personale poco disponibile e, in alcuni casi, poco cortese. Anche il servizio bar è risultato praticamente inesistente.

Unica nota positiva il concierge, molto disponibile, anche se con una forte propensione a proporre servizi a pagamento.

Schönes Hotel an toller Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage, das Deluxe Zimmer war sehr schön obwohl man nur die Wand des Nachbarhauses sah, was in der dichten Altstadt sicher nicht ungewöhnlich ist.

Cons:

Aufpreis für Cappuccino beim Frühstück ist einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Eine gute Kaffemaschine zur Selbstbedienung sollte Standard sein auf diesem Niveau. Ansonsten war das Frühstück gut.
