It's location is not great.. infact you should be ashamed for given it 5 rating or even promoting it.

Cons:

It was dirty, not hygienic and staff was not helpful. Lots of mosquito..

Pros:

Electricity is very bad,there was no jenerator mobile charging was big problem , there weren't even enough charging points .the bathroom shower didn't have its head.the room we stayed in had only 1 fan connected to the inverter and it didn't even move fast enough but location is nice and close to the mahakaleshwar mandir

Worst place to stay in Ujjain
Cons:

The area was pretty bad. The owner was rude.He didn't give is water. He didn't had facility to offer food and when we ordered he reused to let it delivered to our room.
