Pros:

I always like the rooms at Residence Inn. Lots of room.

Cons:

The staff was not very friendly and I could not reach them by phone after I got to my room. I think they could be a little more professional. The hotel although new is starting to look dirty. The carpets especially need to be cleaned.

Pros:

The hotel is clean and in a good location. Bed is comfortable. I like the option of streaming on the TV.

Cons:

The shower heads are terrible. The breakfast did not look good so I did not eat anything. The staff had computer problems so could not check me in for 30 minutes. The young girl trying to check me in showed no concern that she could not check me in.
