I did not have the opportunity to take breakfast. The location, however, was not very convenient.

Cons:

The room was extremely cold, and despite requesting a room heater, it was not provided. The room felt very congested and lacked basic facilities. I arrived at around 11:00 AM, paid nearly ₹19,000, and had to vacate the room by 2:30 PM due to the cold and non-availability of a heater.

We booked the room but when we reached the hotel the receptionist said they dnt have room for us since all the rooms are full and alloted lal the rooms to other guest because they paid in advance...If only they ask me I would have also paid in advance...The owner was again to arrogant and oversmart...I dnt recommend this hotel just piss of shit

Breakfast was included as per the booking but they did not provide when I asked told me it is not included. I showed my booking still they didnot. As it was Sunday everything was closed so have to spend whole day without food

Completely unorganised system of accepting bookings
Pros:

I made the booking via booking.com for 15 rooms. But once I reached there, the management informed me that no rooms were available. I got on a call with the owner and he says the entire hotel is at full capacity. What was the point of making such a big booking then? I had to make other arrangements on short notice. Management is to be blamed.
