Pros:

Pros:

The Fountain Creek in is such an adorable spot. I'm formerly a resident from Manitou Springs, so I love the location so close to downtown. The small courtyard next to the creek is lovely as well!

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Parking in Manitou is difficult, so it was nice to be within walking distance to restaurants and the incline.

Room was very small.

I was very happy with my stay and will be back very soon! Really nice for a quick, relaxing night.
Pros:

Perfect location -right outside of town and in walking distance to everything. Quiet and pretty.

Cons:

Towels are way too small for an adult person!

Pros:

The hotel was clean. It was within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The staff were very attentive and promptly took care of our only problem which was that we had tracked dirt in from the parking lot.

Cons:

We were expecting a view based on the site but there wasn't one.

Decent enough for a place to rest for the night, but not more than one.
Pros:

It was a decent clean place however be warned if you arrive late at night. It is very dark and no lighting around the property to indicate where I need to enter the property and it is easily missed. After hours there is no one on the property to assist. When I arrived I was given the wrong code as well this was added frustration to my already frustrating arrival and it was late and I was tired. I messengered someone via the app and did get a timely response with the correct code. Check out was not clear, I juswt left with no actual person to speak with.
