It served the purpose of a place to sleep fairly close to town. Really a motel with no onsite management.
Pros:

Code entry was nice. Room was clean but sparse.

Cons:

No tissues or cups in the bathroom. Basic tv, had to pay for most channels. No ice machine on the property.

It was a very lovely place to enjoy Manitou Springs. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Cute Inn , great location. All online so no involvement with staff. Did get quick reply when checking in or out.

Cons:

No plug in sink / mirror area.

Pros:

The room was smaller than in the pictures. Only 1 set of stairs to get to our room and it was on the opposite side than where our parking spot was. Hard to carry luggage up. No microwave to warm up our leftovers.

A great value for a clean, convenient stay.
Pros:

Nicely decorated with night stands, a large mirror, table and chairs. Multiple outlets for devices. Great shower head and hot water. Easy parking. Within walking distance of downtown.

Make sure you have the right expectations.
Pros:

I was very confused when I arrived. The image in the booking website showed a Victorian Style building which looked like a great bed and breakfast place. When I arrived, the property was actually next door and was very motel like, a 2 story building featuring 10 rooms (5 per floor). The checkin process is entirely self-serve. You receive a code to unlock your room.

Having said that, the rooms are clean. Everything you need is there. The showers work well and are water is nice and hot which was exactly what I needed after a long dusty day. The tub was a bit narrow, but good enough.

This is a very reasonable property, but make sure that you go in with the right expectations. I had expected something different and it took me a while to get over it and see the positives.

Cons:

The shower tub was a little narrow. I would have liked to see a few charging ports.

Inexpensive, bare bones place to sleep with a great location
Pros:

The inn is walking distance to restaurants and shopping and provides parking which is a huge plus in Manitou Springs. It's just a place to sleep. There are no other amenities, no staff on premises.

Cons:

Metal chairs in the room are not particularly comfortable.
