This is a simple no-frills property. However, it was quiet and comfortable. I would recommend bringing a hairdryer cause

It was a very cute place in a perfect location just minutes walk from downtown manitou springs!
Pros:

The place was a great size and the bed was comfortable!

Cons:

It was a little humid in the room. I don’t know if it was just the weather but the air conditioning helped a little bit.

I will keep coming back - it is always comfortable, clean and well-kept.
Pros:

I've stayed here several times and always find the property to be very well-kept, clean, in good repair and with comfortable rooms.

Cons:

My neighbors were not respectful of the property's very clear policies regarding quiet hours and pets. I appreciate that earplugs are provided, as the property is small and, realistically, sound cannot be completely blocked between rooms. I have come to feel a little protective of the Fountain Creek Inn, over my multiple stays, and was bummed that others staying there had less investment in respecting the property and other guests.

Great location, comfortable accommodations and clean unit.
Pros:

The location was great and I enjoyed walking into town. The unit was clean and quiet and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

I would suggest for future travelers that the host replaces the missing screen on side window so guests can open for fresh air. Also, I would suggest some sort of window cover for the half moon window on front door because the bright security light shined on me all night long and made it difficult to sleep (since I am sensitive to light).

Very disappointing.
Pros:

Close to downtown

Cons:

No services for our room, soap, linens, coffee, etc.Garbage was never removed, we emptied ourselves from a very tiny can twice for a 3 night stay. Coffee and cups replaced one time and only when we asked for it. Disappointing. In order to have morning coffee we had to leave early. Wouldn’t stay again.
