Nous avons loué à cet endroit en nous basant uniquement sur les photos, car il n’y avait aucun critère ou cote de qualité. Tout semblait bien présenté.

À notre arrivée, on nous a demandé si nous voulions payer en argent comptant ou par carte de crédit. Nous avons choisi la carte de crédit, car nous n’avions pas d’argent sur nous. On nous a alors informés qu’un supplément de 19 % serait ajouté à la facture pour un paiement par carte. Je considère cela comme des frais cachés, d’autant plus que les compagnies de cartes de crédit interdisent ce type de pratique, et que les frais réels ne sont évidemment pas de 19 %. Cette situation nous a donné l’impression de nous faire arnaquer dès l’arrivée et nous a mis en insécurité.

Par la suite, lors de la visite des lieux, nous avons été surpris par plusieurs éléments : la présence de nombreux débarras un peu partout sur le complexe, y compris dans la salle à manger (visible sur les photos jointes), ainsi que la literie et les serviettes dépareillées, donnant l’impression qu’elles ont été achetées dans un débarras.

Nous avons demandé expressément d’annuler le séjour, ce qui nous a été refusé. Nous avons ensuite demandé au moins l’annulation de la deuxième nuit, refusée également, en nous référant à Booking. Pourtant, tous les hôtels que nous avons réservés durant notre séjour d’un mois offraient une option d’annulation sans frais. Je comprends maintenant pourquoi cette option n’est pas offerte chez vous : trop de clients ont probablement annulé à leur arrivée par le passé.

Finalement, nous avons quitté et réservé un autre hôtel, Cumbres, où nous avons payé le double du prix (environ 1 000 $), par carte de crédit, sans frais cachés, pour une expérience au moins cinq fois meilleure que chez vous.

👉 Je recommande fortement l’hôtel Cumbres.

XIAOLIN e equipe maravilhosos, hotel confortável, localização perfeita.
Pros:

A Xiaolin é simplesmente sensacional. Desde a reserva esteve muito solícita e totalmente simpática. Ela, inclusive, nos deu TODAS as dicas da cidade e dos passeios, inclusive nos acompanhando até o início de um passeio, indicando o seu caminho. Ela é simplesmente sensacional. O Rapaz que trabalha com ela e o Sr também sensacionais, foram gentis e atenciosos conosco. A quarto é excelente, cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo, espaço bom. A Localização do hotel é PERFEITA. Melhor não há, se pode sair de carro para todos os lados dos passeios com muita praticidade.

Cons:

Só achamos o café da manhã um pouco solto, bagunçado até. Mas lembro que o café fica disponível 24h, o que é bom, embora nem todos os itens estejam disponíveis esse tempo todo.

Perfect location for Atacama exploring
Pros:

Great location for walking into the town, and also got getting dropped off after tours. Nice swimming pool with loungers and hammocks. Amazing service/help/information from Xiaolin.

Cuenta con una excelente ubicación, la recepcion de 24 horas, la administradora Xiaolin, preocupada de que los pasajeros tuvieran una excelente estadía además se ayudar a coordinar los tours de forma efectiva, la cocina abierta todo el día , limpieza e la habitación, para quienes viajamos solos es un lugar de confianza y tranquilidad .

Great stay, made better by the amazing Xiaolin
Pros:

Nice and central and close enough to the town, without being too noisy. The rooms are comfortable, ours had AC, which if you’re around during the day between trips, is nice to get out of the hot sun. They’ve also got one of the best hosts I’ve ever come across. Xaiolin very kindly organise the trips that we had chosen and made sure that we were fully up to speed with what you needed to wear during each excursion, as well as always being on hand if we needed her.

Se escucha TODO lo que hablan y o HACEN los de tu habitación continua y no quiero decir que esa gente era escandalosa; sino gente normal y muy educada; pero se escucha todo!

Localização e adaptação para bom aproveitamento dos tours

A localização é fantástica, muito próxima ao centrinho e a uma quadra da Rua Caracoles.
A Xiaolin, que organiza tudo, está sempre disponível para resolver e ajudar.

Um Lodge com atendimento humano
Pros:

O melhor da acomodação é a anfitriã, Xiaolin, que, além de cuidar da hospedagem, cuida dos passeios e dos hóspedes. É uma pessoa diferenciada e sou muito grata a ela. Ela nos ajudou e apoiou em todos os momentos.
Segundo lugar, é o ar condicionado. Quase nenhuma acomodação em São Pedro possui ar condicionado e ele nos salvou nos dias quentes.
Terceiro, a localização, ao lado da praça da Rua Caracoles, bem central.
Em quarto, a cozinha 24 horas, onde pudemos fazer lanches antes e depois dos passeios, especialmente os que saem bem cedo e chegam bem tarde.
Por último, chuveiro muito bom também.

Cons:

Os quartos são muito rústicos, tudo bastante simples, exatamente o necessário para defini-lo como "lodge", ou pousada/cabana. Não há luxo. O suficiente para uma boa noite de sono. As fotos refletem exatamente os quartos. Xiaolin, no entanto, faz tudo ficar o mais confortável possível.

Cons:

Nothing! It is getting a bit renovated as they are growing, otherwise great! There is a lot of dust but this is the desert. Don’t expect grass :)
