An exceptional hotel in Yogyakarta
Pros:

Quite possibly the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at, at this price point. Lovely staff. They're mostly young but very respectful. I stayed a week and was sad to leave.

Cons:

I'm struggling to find a negative....but maybe the housekeeping could have a little more eye for detail. Making the room but leaving the trash can full, for example. Not a big deal for me to do it myself.

I wouln’t recommend unless you want to spent time on the rooftop by the pool
Pros:

The pool and the view on the rooftop

Cons:

- The cleanliness, the bedside table was filthy with leftover food stuck on it. The coffee stirrer in the bedroom was dirty, I used it once and when I came back after my room was cleaned I noticed that they just put it back without washing it.
- It’s far from downtown, 20 min drive.
- The food wasn’t exceptional. We tried pasta bolognese, they added some sweet sauce inside.

Friendly staff

Cons:

Nothing was working, from the hot water to the hard mattress. Night lights were not working and on top of that i paid for an expensive room, and they gave me same as my assistant that was traveling with me.

Pros:

The bed and ambience in the room is pretty comfortable 👌🏻✨, and the facility of the gym and pool are also great!

Cons:

The bidet in the bathroom keeps leaking when need to be used :'). And I don't know how to turn off all the lights cause there just no switch for the main lamps, but that's still ok 👌🏻

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

It’s clean, comfortable and easy to go. The staff was excellent.

Cons:

Just one large towel per person, no hand/face towel. Pool was closed for wedding on the day we planned to use.
