No power backup no water no ac

Cons:

No power backup nor water for even bathroom uses, I was booked ac room but the whole night suffering without fan and ac even no water in washroom

Pros:

Location is good, Receptionists staff is polite,Rooms are large with king size beds,2 Chairs with Table,32 inch TV.

Cons:

Its a banquet which is used as Hotel when not in booking.
Base rooms don't have attached toilet bathroom which is not at all acceptable.
Even Toilet was dirty.
