Pros:

Pub is great with a nice outdoor area and it is right by the tram to the city.

Cons:

It is very basic. Ok if you like that kind of thing. Pub is great though .

Pros:

The bed was comfortable & location convenient.

Cons:

The stairs to the rooms are very narrow & hard to climb if you have mobility issues or have larger luggage. The hallway has an offensive smell (couldn't put my finger on what it is) & the bathrooms - although modern - are shared.
There's no running water in the rooms. Coffee facilities are provided but no milk, no microwave and no bowls, plates or cutlery. For over $250 a night for 1 person, I expected better. Never again.

Pros:

It was central to what I required

Cons:

Having to climb steep stairs to get to my room, shared bathrooms and one of the toilets was disgustingly on arrival, no staff as auto sign in so if you had a complaint there was no one to deal with it

Good location for my visit purposes.

Cons:

Insufficient bed clothes for the weather. A choice of pillow thicknesses would have been nice. No information regarding places to eat. The small 'fridge was noisy and sprung a leak.

Given the cost/shared bathroom. Wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

This is an old style pub accomodation with a comfortable (queen) bed and lick of paint. The hallway has an offensive smell. Once in room it’s large and well lit with two large windows. No running water in room and has two clean large bathrooms. It’s over priced for what it offers.

The shower head was fanastic and lots of hot water.

Cons:

No milk or tissues in room. No bowls or plates. Toilet seats lose or broken. One bathroom closed due to flooding.

Conveniently located budget accommodation
Pros:

The location is great just a few metres from a tram stop, there is a cafe and two pubs close by and it is just two stops from the beach.
The shared bathrooms are a bit inconvenient however they are spacious and very clean, awesome shower. The host was prompt to assist over the phone. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a little table and a toaster.
