J’ai demandé à changer de chambre au bout de la 2 eme nuit car trop de bruit de travaux ( réservations de 4 nuits) . Pour moi impossible de faire sieste et profiter du balcon
Ils m’en ont proposée une un peu mieux placée . Ils étaient désolés .

Jessica è gentilissima e disponibile! La stanza è pulitissima e ogni giorno qualcuno passa a sistemare, cambiare gli asciugamani e portare l’acqua fresca!
Hôtel bien situé près du marché de nuit et du fleuve
Ottima struttura vicina al centro ed al night market , ottima la colazione! Un giudizio particolarmente positivo per Jessica, una fantastica e disponibilissima padrona di casa pronta a risolvere qualsiasi problema si presentasse durante il soggiorno. Ti prenota taxi , escursioni , biglietti del teatro e del treno e ti assiste costantemente con grande disponibilità!

Room was clean and had good light. Aircon worked well. Towels and water were updated everyday. Good breakfast each morning with fresh fruit.
The shower could use some work but that’s a nitpick.
Hele fijne locatie: net buiten de drukte, maar dichtbij alle leuke plekjes. We zijn heel warm ontvangen door de vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaren. En het ontbijt is fantastisch! Variërend van pannenkoeken tot een broodje ei.
De douche wisselde steeds van temperatuur dus een fijne temperatuur vinden was soms wat zoeken.
Un Havre de paix offrant un bon confort. Jessica, la manager est très attentive et facilite la vie de ses clients. Elle propose des excursions, peur organiser nos déplacements, conseille sur les curiosités de la ville à découvrir.

Lo mejor es el personal, especialmente Jessica, siempre atenta y dispuesta a colaborar.
Las instalaciones son antiguas pero suficientes.
La situación no es centrica, pero en 10 minutos caminando llegas al centro.
Buen desayuno.
Deberían mejorar el ruido y las vibraciones que generan los aparatos de aire acondicionado por la noche, son muy molestos.
Y renovar mobiliario.
The staff was super friendly and always ready to help you with anything.
The location was super nice and convenient, on a walking distance from all main things to see in Luang Prabang.
The room was cosy and quiet.
Quiet location by Wat Makmo within 10 minutes walk of centre. Lovely staff, we were looked after by Jessica who organised a motorbike and train ticket.
Aircon in the room was a little noisy but not unbearable.
