Good but housekeeping made me uncomfortable.
Pros:

It was clean and nice the people at the front counter were friendly.

Cons:

Housekeeping walked in my room without knocking or saying who they were and I was in the middle of changing.

Overall value and location met our needs. The staff was exceptional!

Really good breakfast, great variety.

Cons:

You can hear the slamming of the doors in adjacent rooms. Also, the lack of drawers is inconvenient especially for multi-day stays.

If you just need a place to sleep it will do.
Pros:

The front desk lady was very kind and helpful. The beds were soft. The lobby and halls were nice.

Cons:

No closet. Hand towel dirty or badly stained as well as floor towel for the shower. No microwave. Toilet paper replacement wasn’t in wrapper very unsanitary especially for women.

King but it was only 1 bed I asked for any room with 2 beds or sofa bed of roll out there was none asked for “sister hotel” told no asked for more linen if had sleep in 1 bed told no

Checked out early and got another hotel after 2 horrible days/nights

Elevator broken, tvs were broken, no signal, no internet, cold showers, no soap in bathroom, no housekeeping, broken holders for conditioner in bathroom, empty bottles of shampoo/conditioner. Super loud. Front desk rude and slow. Did not address any of my concerns after bringing them to their attention.

Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

I couldn’t get a key to my room and had to get someone to walk me to the room everytime I left and came back. It was frustrating because parking is in the back there’s a door to get in with a key but I couldn’t and had to walk all the way around I have young children and it was honestly stressful.
