Relaxing and comfortable.
Pros:

Loved the easy check-in process and how friendly staff is. Also love the 12 noon checkout!! The beds are also the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in!

Cons:

The showers were a little dirty. Could be cleaner.

Cons:

The room did not have a blow dryer, thankfully I brought mine. Mildew on the vanity grout. I expected more since having be owned by Hilton.

Very disappointing about my rooms!
Pros:

The hotel itself was clean and the location was good!

Cons:

I was there from Wednesday July 1 till Monday July 6 and my room was only cleaned on that Thursday July 2 and not cleaned again by no one…. I had a total of 2 room and neither one was cleaned.. That was very disappointing as I asked how often do they clean and I was told every other day so I don’t understand why my 2 rooms were missed!!! The hotel itself was clean but my room was not! I didn’t get a chance to take any pictures but I did let the staff know and no one even bothered to get it cleaned. We had to keep calling the front desk to get clean towels. Also the hotel had everything but body soap.

I wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was tasty. Afternoon/evening front desk employee the best.

Cons:

Empty coffee creamer containers, trash containers overflowing, pancake batter empty, towels had a bad smell, shower had pink mold, bed not comfy, loud band noise, room door hard to open and didn’t close all the way every time, very pricey for lack of quality.

Amazing, stayed at Tru before, would stay again.
Pros:

Great welcome, with personalised tv welcome in the room. 24hr coffee and gym access. Swimming pool was also nice. Friendly staff and nice selection at breakfast. Ample parking.

Cons:

Bathroom had some obvious toenail clippings on the floor (not mine). Breakfast wasn’t as stocked as it could be - no forks throughout for example.

Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Shampoo was empty, body wash container pump wouldn't work, and of course I didn't find this out till mid shower. Lots of hair left by a previous person in the shower.

Previous reviews discussed the bar next door having loud music. They were correct. It went on for hours.
