Pros:

The location is absolutely fantastic, steps to the Duomo. I was given an upgrade from 2 rooms to a connected suites and access to the Golden Lounge because my room wasn't ready upon arrival.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet options are very limited and not suitable for a hotel of this standard!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - if you want to be in the heart of Milan this is the place!
Pros:

The best part of the hotel was definitely the location! You are a stones throw away from the Duomo and beautiful nightlife that surrounds the popular area. You are within walking distance to everything - restuarants, cafes, shops & shopping! Breakfast was a varied spread - plenty of choice & options! Really nice coffee too. Rooms were practically appointed and bathroom was small but well equipped with a really nice shower and lovely amenities. Our room was a quiet room despite being not too far away from the lift area on the 3rd floor - so our room was in a good location.

Cons:

Rooms were a lil haphazardly located - luckily we were not too far away from the lift/lobby area on our floor so we didn't have to navigate the confusing maze of rooms! But it was mission impossible to get to the gym and to be honest the gym was a bit disappointing.
