فندق جميل وقريب جداً من ساحة الدومو فيه شقق مكونه من غرفتين وصاله تكفي ل5 اشخاص وفيه شقق تكفي ل 6 اشخاص معها بلكونات مطله على المحلات التجارية فيه مواقف للسيارات بمقابل مالي وللعلم الفندق موقعه داخل المنطقة c وهي منطقة القيادة فيها برسوم ويجب تسجيل السيارة فيها ولكن الفندق يسوي هذا نيابة عنك مقابل رسوم الموقف مقابل الفندق فيه سيارات تكاسي دايم متواجده ويوصلون بالعداد الفندق وجهه للعوايل الخليجية ، فندق جميل

As expected, perfect location for a short stay in Milano, with a good size room.
Pros:

Location is amazing, right by the Duomo di Milano, the staff are super friendly.

Cons:

The room is at a great location, the size is amazing the view for the suite was not what you would expect. It was overseeing a service area but that's about it

Otelin temizliği, personelin yaklaşımı ve güler yüzlülüğü

Cons:

Check in sırasında 240 € deposit aldılar. Çıkışta sadece 100€ iade ettiler. Otele booking üzerinden ödediğimin dışında 141 € ödemiş oldum. Acelem olduğu için detaylı inceleyemedim. Sadece Mini bar’dan bir kaç atıştırmalık almıştım o kadar. Bunun dışında otelin ne spa’sını kullandım ne başka bir hizmet aldım. Sanırım odada içtiğiniz kahve, su vs hepsi için ücret alınıyor yoksa bu 141€ niye alındı anlamadım. Otelden çıkışta giriş sırasında bahsedilmeyen harcama yaptırıyorlar. Hoşlanmadım!
