Cons:

There was a mistake on the bill they charged me for 4 nights when I only stayed 2. I tried to tell them I didn’t was right but didn’t agree after 3 hours I left they realized they over charged me asking me to come back

In good location with very friendly staff

Cons:

They could improve a few basic points. Toilet windows have no sealing and the place is quite cold , no heaters available despite the fact that it is in the mountains, water is either very hot or cold, thy don’t have a mixing tap.

We had a fabulous day here and they organized everything for us our trip through high gang Loop our bus ride back to Han

Staff were amazing and everything was so clean. Breakfast was prompt and good.

Prima hotel voor als je de Ha Giang-loop doet
Pros:

Ontbijt vrij eenvoudig, maar prima. Hotel vooral voor mensen, die de Ha Giang-loop doen. Bagage bewaren ze, als je paar dagen weg bent voor de loop. Lisette van de receptie spreekt goed Engels.

Pros:

Everything! We came at 4am, the guy made as quick check in with smile on his face :). The breakfast was amazing! We also took a motorbike there and they helped as a lot with everything.

Pros:

My bus arrived early at 4.30 a.m. and they checked me in without batting an eyelid and very kindly, so I was able to rest after an uncomfortable night's journey.
The room is spacious and clean and has everything you need, including a view of the mountains.
