Cons:

We had a dog in a room close to us barking all night long. In the bedroom when the heat would kick on there was a super loud noise that would last forever. Couldn't close bathroom door would stick

Pros:

We had a problem with check in with being double charged for the room and the staff did not seem to be able to correct the issue. The sheet on the bed was stained, we removed and just slept without it and in the morning asked that when the room was serviced, to please put a new sheet on the bed. When we returned later that evening, our room was not even serviced after speaking with the day manger in the morning. The room itself and the hotel is very nice and think if the staff was better our rating would have been excellent overall.
