Pros:

Very enjoyable! A lovely spot to stay while enjoying a delightful city. It is always fun to walk along Grand Junction’s Main Street.

Short walk to center city, modern, spacious, clean condo.
Pros:

Location was central to the city. Accommodations were modern and fresh. Parking was easy to find and use. The rooms were large and bright. I will stay here again for sure.

Cons:

Not complaining but the balcony was a little sketchy.

Location is great. Right downtown, within easy walking distance to restaurants. Directions for lockbox and digital entry were clear. Provision of 2 off-street parking was also appreciated. Keurig coffee machine with an adequate supply of capsules was unexpected bonus.

Cons:

Left sides of both large beds felt worn/soft. Would suggest rotating those mattresses.

As mentioned above, the Keurig was a bonus. Consider including some decaf pods.
