Important information:

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

Please note light cleaning of your suite will be conducted on Monday- Fridays. For long stay guests, full cleaning of your suite will be serviced on the 7th day of your stay.

Parking is available at Westfield Shopping Center. The property advise all guests to park their car in CAR PARK B as this is located near the hotel when you exit from the car park. Payment is controlled by Westfield and you will be given a token for the length of your stay and pay accordingly. The rate is GBP 15 for 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Please note that all rooms can only accommodate 2 people.

Please note all guests who have booked a prepaid reservations must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking. This credit card will be pre-authorized for any extras on time of check-in.

Requests for weekend cleaning or additional servicing must be requested to the Guest Services Team 24 hours in advance.

Pets are only allowed in certain rooms upon request, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

Please note, the hotel may ask for validating identification.

Great hotel…great location for shopping & dining. Excellent transport facilities
Pros:

Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom clean but a little worn looking. Bed was comfortable. The room facilities were as expected. Having the use of a fridge is always a good thing. The views were good and the window opened to allow fresh air in.

Cons:

The air con/heating was quite noisy so we didn’t use that really

Brilliant, the four of us will be staying again.
Pros:

Everything, rooms, facilities, cleanliness, food and service. All the staff were exceptional, especially, the female bar manager, the concierges,Antonio, Aaron and Joshua, so knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing we did not like or enjoy

Very nice. Lovely room
Pros:

The breakfast was fine. But we wanted it in our room. But got told at reception when we asked for a menu card. We will be charged again £25.00 each, despite the fact the breakfast was included in our booking. So could only have breakfast downstairs. In the past we have been very happy to be charged the £5.00 delivery. We wished it was made clearer when we booked. We have stayed at the Hyatt lots of times & always been very happy with the services.

Pros:

I cannot say what I liked since they broke the shower glass, left glass in my entire personal staff, spent 3 hours removing glass in our personal staff and had to discard electrical tooth brush, makeup, and beauty items because they were full of glass. The hotel never informed me, their own room phone was out of the service. Horrible stay
