A number of small things added up. Hot water in the shower was intermittent, buggy provided kept breaking down, all the baby items (cot, high chair, car seat) that was preordered was not there.

At the western end of the property, there were no windows in the kitchen and bedroom and there were only wooden shutters. This meant that bugs were entering the property and on one of the nights there was a large street party in the Main Street which meant there was a lot of noise on that end as we had no windows to block it out. But overall had a very comfortable stay

Might need a bit of work done on some broken blinds etc

Saw too many cockroaches inside the property. Understand the property was clean which wasn’t the problem however maybe more needs to be done to keep these pests away. It did spoil it quite a bit for me.

Put working lamps in the Master bedroom. Found a broken 1 in the wardrobe.
If you are going to supply and coffee machine it would be nice to have been provided with a box of pods when we're spending such a high price, I thought it was stingy.

The property was a bit run down needed a bit of spruce up.

The bbq didn’t work, the bath plug got stuck everytime we used it, the curtain rods were broken in the bed rooms making it difficult to open them, broken locks on the external doors in the bedrooms but the worst thing was the construction going on at the neighbouring apartment. A belt sander was being used right next to our balcony and the construction workers were dropping large peices of timber on the driveway. The noise was a real disappointment.

Our stay was unfortunately impacted by a number of maintenance and functionality issues that caused ongoing inconvenience throughout our visit, particularly given the timing over the Christmas period.

Shortly after arriving, we discovered the kitchen tap had a significant leak, with water spraying from holes in the tap arm whenever it was turned on, soaking the bench and floor. At the same time, there was no hot water coming from this tap. We also realised that the majority of the ceiling fans inside the residence were not working.

On 25 December, further issues arose. One of the air conditioners in the downstairs bedroom began leaking heavily overnight, resulting in clothing, shoes, and a suitcase being saturated. This required washing and drying items and meant the air conditioner in that room had to be turned off. While preparing lunch that day, we also discovered the oven door would not close properly, causing significant heat loss and doubling cooking time. We eventually had to brace a chair against the oven door to make it usable.

We contacted the maintenance number provided, and to their credit, staff did attend the property and attempted to address the issues. Batteries were replaced in the fan remotes, a plumber attended and replaced the kitchen tap (which resolved the leak and restored hot water), and attempts were made to fix the air conditioning problems. Unfortunately, some issues remained unresolved. The downstairs bedroom air conditioner continued to leak throughout our stay, requiring a bucket to be emptied twice daily, and we were advised this was due to condensation and weather conditions. The air conditioner in the main bedroom also stopped working at one point, cycling on and off, and while we were later told it had been fixed, the overall air conditioning experience was ongoing and frustrating. Additionally, replacing the batteries did not resolve the ceiling fan issues, which continued not to function.

If I had to make one suggestion which seems minor but there was not enough spare toilet paper for 5 adults for 4 days.

The top deck was not secure for children - this was not a big issue as the property was down a common access road.

Only 1 ceiling fan worked and problems with main TV

It is a bit dated and items like outdoors table, baby high chair, baby car seat would need a really goos clean, they were pretty dirty on our arrival.
