Pros:

Мы провели в этом отеле неделю и нам все понравилось. Жили в номере с отдельным входом, для нас это было плюсом. Нам никто не мешал и мы никому не мешали.
Очень понравились завтраки, они были изумительные. У Ануш золотые руки.

Завтрак всегда был традиционный армянский. Один раз мы уезжали на экскурсию раньше завтрака и мы сказали об этом хозяйке Ануш, она собрала и отдала нам вечером ланч бокс.
На полочке общего пользования есть нитки, отпариватель, принтер, ноутбук. Есть стиральная машинка, одна стирка бесплатная.

До театра оперы, каскада и площади республики примерно 15-20 минут пешком. Рынок Вернисаж в 10 минутах.

Рядом есть круглосуточный продуктовый 88, в нем же обменник с хорошим курсом.

Fajny apartament
Pros:

Duży apartament z aneksem kuchennym, dobrze wyposażony. Miła gospodyni i bardzo dobre, świeże śniadania przygotowywane bezpośrednio przed podaniem. Dwie łazienki

Cons:

Tylko jeden klucz do pokoju. Miejsce parkingowe w ciemnym zaułku

Esperienza a dir poco splendida! A pochi passi dal centro di Yerevan, dotato di ogni confort, l’appartamento è a dir poco fantastico. Grazie anche alla dolcezza e disponibilità della proprietaria la quale è venuta incontro ad ogni necessità (orario della colazione, colazione take away, lasciare le borse dopo il check out, aiutarci nella prenotazione del taxi e nella logistica). Ma soprattutto ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più spettacolare è stata la buonissima colazione preparata dalla proprietaria la quale è davvero un’ottima cuoca. Assolutamente consigliato!

Отличные завтраки, каждый день разные, гостеприимная хозяйка! Большое спасибо Ануш! Рекомендую этот отель. Все по домашнему, без изыско, но чисто и аккуратно. От центра рядом.

Unterkunft mit tollem Frühstück
Pros:

Besser als erwartet.
Das frisch zubereitete und abwechslungsreich Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, besonders die selbstgemachten Marmeladen.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einer verkehrsberuhigten Seitenstraße. Nebenan gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem auch Geld günstig gewechselt werden kann.
Bis ins Zentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Cons:

Das Bad ist etwas klein. Für vollschlanke Menschen wird es in der Dusche recht eng.

Гостеприимные хозяева, удобное расположение
Pros:

Расположение очень удобное, пешочком 15 мин до площади республики или каскада, везде можно дойти. Рядом с отелем обменник, банкоматы, магазин, аптека, кафе.
Хозяйка Ануш очень гостеприимная и доброжелательная, угощала вкусными завтраками, разрешила до вечера оставить чемоданы после выселения, подсказывала по интересующим вопросам

Direi che l accoglienza è strepitosa. Gentilezza e disponibilità sono le parole d ordine. E che dire della colazione...la tavola ben preparata da Anus che ogni giorno ci ha stupito con qualche sorpresa culinaria..Lo raccomandiamo a chi vuole sentirsi come a.casa.
