The staff member Ricardo is am absolute asset to the place and under valued for the work he does. The food is rotten. No real kids choice. The apartment isn't cleaned to a high standard.
The food. There is no door to the second bedroom.

Me pareció que para el aforo que tiene el hotel las piscinas y restaurantes son un poco pequeños.
El personal increíblemente amable. El buffet desde el desayuno hasta la cena, impresionante. Las piscinas fantásticas.
El comportamiento de algunos huéspedes, pero esto es algo que no depende del hotel. Aunque se puede buscar aparcamiento en las inmediaciones, estaría genial que el hotel tuviese su propio parking (es un 4 estrellas...)
