Lovely Staff and Peaceful Atmosphere, Though Some Areas Need Updating
Pros:

We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff during our stay . The location was charming and felt close to nature, and despite having only one room, it offered a cozy and homely feeling. The service was warm and attentive, which made our stay more pleasant.

Cons:

However, the property is quite worn and would benefit from a more thorough renovation. Our room felt outdated and a bit run-down, and overall the place didn’t quite match the beautiful surroundings. With some investment and upgrades, it could become a much more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Lovely sunset. But would not recommend.
Pros:

It is beach front with a nice pool. The food a service was excellent. The staff are lovely and helpful.

Cons:

Very Noisey. All the rooms are literally on the main road. Trucks, busses and motor cycles going most of the night. The manager Vicki had a bad attitude, as if everything was a problem.

Disappointing
Cons:

Beach on their side was not recommended to swim. Waves are strong and full of water debris. The swimming pool was not inviting. There was no water supply on the faucets or bathroom. One of our rooms was not comfortable because the air-conditioning was not working. Foods and drinks they served were expensive.

Nice Resort with good food but needs updating
Pros:

We had 3 rooms in one of the buildings. They were unusual & rustic, made of wood & bamboo.
One room had a large cockroach in the bathroom when my friend walked in. The bathroom window was stuck open & couldn’t be closed to keep out the bugs, geckos, & ants.
My room had small cockroaches & ants.
The floors were made of planks, some with large gaps between, so you could see the ground below & another place for bugs to get through.
The buildings could use some updating. The shower curtains & doorknobs were rusted.
The pool had barnacles along the walls & a few dead bugs in it. There is a sea wall between the resort & sea with no steps to get down to the beach/sea. But there was alot of pollution along the sea wall, brought in by high tide. Very unsightly.
The food was very tasty though & a good variety. And the dining area was nice-all outside. There is a very good tour guide who contracts with the resort & can pick up/drop off at the airport. It takes 1.5 to 2 hours, depending upon traffic. We also hired him to give us a tour of the island.

A quiet paradise in a superb location for Bohol as long as you have transport. Perfect honeymoon!
Pros:

Sunrise views, the staff were amazing, friendly and very attentive to any needs. The girls helping out doing work-experience from the local school were particularly amazing and made me and my wife's stay! The in-house brewery beer tastes great. Our room was huge and stunning! The swimming pool is a generous size and kept clean, with palm trees surrounding it. Breakfast was also great. No complaints!

Cons:

The location is a bit out of the way so a car or scooter is recommended. However they can also have those dropped off at the accommodation for you, so not a huge problem. With your own transport the location is great! Super close to some stunning waterfalls and central for day trips/excursions in Bohol.

An idyllic beach resort beautifully designed using native materials with excellent staff and exceptional cooking
Pros:

This property is beautifully designed. The rooms are built around a palm fringed pool and the beach is at the bottom of the garden. It’s a perfect setting.

Feels like home!
Pros:

What we like about the property was the cozy feeling. The place was quiet, the staffs are really helpful and friendly. I was sick because of the weather changes and they were helping me and giving me some medicines like paracetamol. They were more than happy to help all the guests. They are also flexible. The owner of the resort was also giving us some company and giving my partner some knowledge about brewing beer. He’s a nice person. We feel like home staying in this resort.

Cons:

The pool is bit slimy, I think they chose not to use a lot of chemicals on the pool that’s why. Not too bad tho.
