Great short break in boutique hotel
Pros:

Really beautiful property with a great pool and great breakfast which we really enjoyed eating out on the veranda.

Perfect location for exploring Playa del Carmen 😊

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit dated and did let the room down and the window looking out onto the street was so dirty you couldn’t see through it - the room was nice otherwise though!

Lage im Touristen Zentrum. Frühstück war im
Restaurant nebenan. Buffett sehr groß, mäßige Qualität. Sie sollten besser weniger anbieten, dann aber mehr Qualität.

La chambre du fond en haut à droite un peu trop bruyante la nuit. Le personnel du petit déjeuner, limite gracieux!! Tout est épié…

Kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche.
Filteranlage im Pool und Skimmer zur Wasserreinigung fehl. Hygienisch nicht vertretbar.
War nie im Pool.
Treppentritte zum Zimmer 26 schräg montiert. (Unfallgefahr)
Morgenessen: Kein Butter und Konfitüre, Cafe Amerikano nicht geniessbar.
Viele Mücken.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Buen Desayuno, Excelente ubicación

Cons:

La cama para mi me pareció muy alta, y le hace falta tener en la habitación un par de sillas, por que la fecha que estuve en el hotel llovió casi todo el día y estar sentado en la cama todo el dia es incomodo.

Pros:

L’emplacement en plein centre-ville sans le bruit. À 2 min de la Quinta Avenida.
Le personnel, le petit-déjeuner, la superbe piscine et le lit XXL très appréciable.

Cons:

La pression de l’eau chaude un peu faible.

Excecional! Queremos muito voltar.
Pros:

Gostamos de tudo. Foi excelente! tínhamos reservado o quarto King size Bett e fizeram nos um Upgrade à chegada para a Suite, foi mesmo muito simpático. Empregados muito prestáveis e sempre muito atenciosos. Limpeza excecional.

Schöne zentrale Anlage, aber sehr laut.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche, kleine Anlage mit sehr guter Frühstücksauswahl und freundlichem Personal.

Cons:

Mir leider viel zu laut. 2 Discos direkt gegenüber und auch die Straße hinten raus wo wir ein Fenster hatten waren jede Nacht bis um 5 Uhr die Betrunkenen am Weg oder es trafen sich irgendwelche Gruppen mit ihren lauten Autos und Motorrädern. Ich hatte jede Nacht die Oropax drinnen.
Und leider war das Bett bzw die Matratze so eingelegen, dass sie eine Mulde hatte. Für mich mit Rückenschmerzen der Horror.

Zimmer und Personal gibt sich sehr Mühe.

Cons:

Für das Geld, was man bezahlt, sieht es im Hotel Bereich schon nicht so aus wie es sein sollte. Die liegen um den Pool sind schmutzig ungepflegt unterhalten. Ein absolutes no go, bei Regen bleiben die Matratzen draussen und am nächsten Tag stinken sie sind nass, ungemütlich und dreckig. Nicht einmal jedes Paar liegen hatten einen Sonnenschirm. Die Zimmer absolut perfekt. Ich denke man sollte einmal etwas investieren. Ich darf dies sagen, da ich nicht das erste Mal hier war.

Otel tam merkezde heryere ulaşım yakın, adoya 5.caddeye yürüme mesafesinde. Tüm olanaklar sunuldu.

Cons:

Duş çok kötüydü su sürekli ılık akıyordu. Sivrisinek çoktu fakat otel yetkilileri sorunu çözdü. Gelirken yanınıza mutlaka sinek ilacı getirin.
