מקום נהדר מקום ממש טוב מול בקוקו בונגו והשדרה המרכזית , מאוד אהבתי את הבריכה במלון ואת החדרים הבריכה הרגישה מתחזוקת היטב ונקייה , אהבתי את העיצוב של המלון והעצים מסביב הרגיש ממש כיף ונוח , ארוחת בוקר טובה , צוות המלון נפלא דואגים לכל דבר מאוד שירותי הרגשתי יחס אישי .

Pros:

Nous avons eu une magnifique expérience dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre, le wifi marchait correctement, il y avait de l'eau chaude (il faut juste attendre 2minutes) avec un bon débit.
Bien que nous soyons en face du coco bongo, nous avons bien dormi, sans bruit nuisible!
La piscine est très agréable, il y a de la place pour les transats et le personnel de l'hôtel était adorable.
Ils ont accepté de garder nos valises à notre arrivée le temps que notre chambre soit prête et pour notre départ aussi (service gratuit jusqu'à 14h).
Nous avons également réservé un massage en duo au spa qui était très bien.
Nous n'avons juste pas testé le petit déjeuner.
On recommande à 100% pour un séjour détente en amoureux!

Pros:

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Nebensaison. Sehr gute Lage.
Der Safe hatte anfangs nicht funktioniert, weil die Batterien leer waren. Da wurde aber schnellstmöglich reagiert. Das Personal ist nicht aufdringlich und dennoch hilfsbereit.

לאחר שניקו לנו את החדר החדרנית לא הביאה לנו שתי מגבות נקיות חדשות, לא ייחסנו לזה חשיבות גבוהה אך ביום הצ׳ק אאוט מנהלת הקבלה דרשה מאיתנו לשלם סכום מופרז על שתי המגבות הללו בטענה שאנחנו איבדנו אותם, למרות שהבהרנו כמה פעמים שלא הוצאנו את המגבות מהחדר, פשוט לא קיבלנו מגבות חדשות היא לא האמינה לנו ודרשה מאיתנו לשלם
ביקשנו ממנה לוודא את העיניין במצלמות היא לא הסכימה, הסכמנו להראות את התיקים שתבין שלא גנבנו דבר.
היא ביקשה מאיתנו לא ללכת עד שכל החדר ייבדק? כאילו זה תוכנן מראש לקחת את המגבות ולחייב אותנו. בגלל המקרה הזה כמעט פספסנו את הטיסה.
