Pros:

L’emplacement est tout simplement imbattable : le balcon donne directement sur la rivière. C’est un vrai plaisir de s’y poser pour regarder les gens se promener en bas et les bateaux glisser sur le canal. Malgré cet emplacement central, après 23h00, les rues se vident et l'environnement devient très calme ; absolument rien n'empêche de dormir. Les rues ne commencent à s'animer progressivement qu'à partir de 8h00 ou 9h00 du matin.
​Côté confort, le lit est très ferme. Au début, j’ai eu peur de ne pas réussir à fermer l’œil, mais contre toute attente, il s’est révélé super confortable et j’ai vraiment bien dormi. La chambre est toute petite, mais pour y passer une nuit ou deux, c'est largement suffisant. Un bon point : la télévision est de bonne qualité et permet non seulement de se connecter à son propre compte Netflix, mais propose aussi diverses applications spécifiques destinées aux voyageurs de différents pays (Angleterre, Corée, etc.), ce qui est très appréciable.

Cons:

Cependant, il y a des points négatifs que les propriétaires doivent impérativement travailler. Il y a une bouilloire mais AUCUNE TASSE ! C’est incroyable... J’ai dû boire mon café du matin dans les verres destinés au rinçage des dents (ceux posés avec les accessoires de toilette). Ils n'ont pas de anses et ce ne sont absolument pas des tasses ! Il faut fournir de vraies tasses aux clients. De plus, il y a une énorme tache de moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain, ce qui doit aussi être traité.
​En dehors de ces points, mon séjour de deux nuits reste globalement positif.

Pros:

Triple Room with lake view - is good enough for my family (have 1 infant and 1 todler). Has space in the room to pray. The check in-check out was smooth. The room super comfort. Very very strategic location to spa, night show, water taxi, teddy museum.
