Pros:

Triple Room with lake view - is good enough for my family (have 1 infant and 1 todler). Has space in the room to pray. The check in-check out was smooth. The room super comfort. Very very strategic location to spa, night show, water taxi, teddy museum.

The bathroom sink was completely blocked, so we had to brush our teeth in the shower. On top of that, when I went to sit on the balcony chair, it broke and I fell to the floor. Thankfully I wasn’t seriously hurt, just a minor scratch on my ankle, but it could have been much worse.

The plastic chairs were very flimsy and not suitable for adults at all. If I had been pregnant or more seriously injured, this could have been a real disaster

Расположение шикарное! В центре красивого канала а-ля Венеция) с видом на мост и домики, рядом и шоу и парк и музей мишки) . В пешей доступности и пляж и магазины. А кафе и рестораны в соседних домах.

Cons:

Кому принципиален идеальный ремонт в санузле- его не найдёте- хоть и свежезакрашены подтёки. Близость воды всё-таки сказывается на состоянии. Но в номере и кондиционер и осушитель - влажность Не чувствуется- вполне комфортно и с открытым окном и с закрытым. Свеженько))

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Riverside Mini Hotel, Grand World Phu Quoc, and it truly exceeded our expectations.

The location is excellent — right in the heart of Grand World, making everything incredibly convenient. Restaurants, shops, attractions, and evening activities were all just a short walk away, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free.

What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Communication was smooth and prompt, even before our arrival, and during our stay they made sure we had everything we needed. The service felt personal and caring, which made us feel very welcomed.

The hotel is simple, clean, and well-maintained — perfect for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

One of the best property with the price . It is located at the prime location of grand world . Staff are very polite . Before we visit one of our family member went and stayed there and forget one luggage and they kept it for us. Well recommended hotel.
