Will book again.
Pros:

The place was comfortable, peaceful, quiet and safe. Location was superb! Uptown Mall and a wide selection of cafes, restos and shops were a short walk away. Walkable (20mins approx) to Highstreet & Central Square. Check-in was easy. I found the amenities complete for what we needed each day. Daily and on-time rubbish collection. Pool was also nice. Owner was helpful, gave clear instructions, recommendations, and 100% responsive even during the height of the Christmas holidays. Wifi/internet was flawless - a big win! Water pressure was strong despite being on a high-rise building. Neighbours were quiet. View at night was beautiful! We had an easy, issue-free, memorable stay 😊

Could be better and super stress stay
Pros:

The location is quite good as for its value.

Cons:

We are having trouble checking in. The property is not allowing us to check in because they need an email confirmation from the property owner. We shared a message from the owner, but they did not accept it. I pleaded with the guard to let us stay, as we haven't slept due to a company event near the hotel.

The owner is not reachable at the moment, and we are almost out of options for places to sleep.

I guess proper guidance also about the checking it late and open communication within the property and the owner. Even the property is having problem connecting with them.

Parking should have signage and might been confusion as you need to enter the entrance of landers bgc.

Our stay was superb.
Pros:

Ambiance and location of the place.
Generally, the unit is clean, spacious and nice.

Cons:

Missing some kitchen utensils like can opener.
Light fixture underneath the kitchen counter is loose, needs to be fix.
