Lovely 3-bedrooms with Karaoke Genting Penthouse

Kena sidai..sampai awal tapi suruh checkin jam 4pm..dh checkin..housekeeping msih belum siap..lantai kotor..iron tiada..mesin basuh tidak boleh guna..sbb checkin hnya semalam..

Memang tidak berbaloi bayar mahal dan walaupun bagi checkout jam 1 pm..sama juga masa mcm checkin jam 3pm checkout 11am..

Tuala tiada disediakan..call owner susah nak pickup..
Microphone satu rosak..

Aircond bilik A & B x rasa..walaupun rumah tinggi tapi tetap panas..disebabkan tiada tingkap bilik

Lifts are very slow, housekeeping staffs are using the same lifts with guests to send items or cleaning. Location is far towards to top hill.

We were disappointed that the unit does not provide disposable shoe which we feels uncomfortable. The ventilation system in this unit is quite humid and warm due to limited windows available but the house is bright with many high length glass.

Even it is located at the genting highland, the air conditioner is not really cold especially in the bedroom and the air conditioner suddenly off in the middle of the night. Not to mentioned about lift, it is very limited since so many people used the lift, so you need to be patient to wait for the lift.

One of the jet washes in the big room was not working? The bath tub was leaking. The most annoying part was waiting for the lift since the apartment is on the 37th floor. It took us almost 45 min to 60 min to come down.

Wahing machine can be very useful.

The place does not live up to its name of Penthouse standard
It was difficult to find, we went from one tower to another, look all over the place for the mailbox to get the keys
Place was not kept clean, smelly and mouldy all bathrooms, sink leaking, not draining properly
kitchen not well equipped, there was no toaster, no kettle for boiling water, no kitchen towels, mob, paper towels, most of all no bin liners, we have to buy them from the downstairs shop.
Essential items such as hair conditioner lacking, soap+shampoo combo was in half used bottle, not bathmats so the bathroom floor was wet after showers, we asked for some but never received, bathroom shelves broken.
There were no batteries in the karaoke mics, so we have to go and buy some.

limited food places to eat, we have to take the bus (fee paying) to get down to Genting Sky world to eat and do shopping, worth getting there for good food and good shopping, the cable car ride was very nice.
I booked this so call PENTHOUSE to have a family reunion with my cousins from Ipoh, KL, Melbourne, Perth expecting a lovely place like home away from home. I felt embarrassed my guests were not very impressed. Will have to look for a different place for our next reunion.

Cleanliness need to be improved

Bathroom need to fix , sink block and Jacuzzi tub was leaking

However, the maintenance of the unit is extremely bad. There is a room with such foul smell (coming from the adjoining toilet) that we could not even sleep in. Similarly, 2 of the toilets are also filled with bad smell. There are some corners of the house that is broken like the flooring as well as the place at the water dispensing area has lots of cockroaches! The unit was not clean and some of us with sensitivity to dust are having flu as well. Most of the things that are expected is not there. It is a pity that the unit with so many things to do is so badly maintained.

The location is about 10 mins from the Genting Skyworld. Must have own transport. There is restaurant at the hotel, but limited choice.

Need more maintaiance on electrical items such as air cond, extension and international adapter for 2/3 pin plug. Additional cooking utensils like mugs or cup, plate and bowl, air fryer, washing machine and dryer machine

Please provide more malay song

The place was not cleaned when we reached the apartment. The owner was quick to response and got the place cleaned up quickly. There was slight foul smell in the toilet at the lower floor. Getting food in the morning might take a while to be served since there are limited choices.
