Pros:

Clean rooms, beautiful views. Location is great, within minutes to Zona Romantica. close to beautiful Mismaloya and Boca De Tomatlan.

Staff is unbelievable helpful and always making sure you are having a great time.

Fue muy buena la estancia limpieza y vista al mar , al igual que el servicio y amabilidad de su personal, la comida es regular y la refrigeracion hace algo de ruido pero aun asi le doy 10 y si volveria a hospedarme aqui, vale mucho la pena

The property was nice but not luxurious. The unit we stayed in had a cracked kitchen countertop, the A/C worked but was really loud, and there wasn't enough cutlery or dishes for the kitchen.

The pool was clean, and the restaurant was fairly good. It is also a close drive to the Malecon, which made going out to eat easy.

There is a private beach which was nice to have but the beach is very rocky, and there is no sand. Once we got in the water it was nice, though.

Overall it was a nice time and we were happy to get lots of sun and lay by the pool.

I stayed on the 4th floor, in a corner room and the view was great. I had a view of the ocean and the swimming pool. Perfect! There was a fridge in my room that made a very loud whooshing noise all day and night. I had to turn on my white noise monitor really loud. The beach was so closed that the sound of the waves crashing on the large boulders woke me up at times. The beach/lagoon was painful to walk on without water shoes. I wish I would have brought water shoes and snorkel stuff. They didn’t have enough staff so the restaurant and cafe took a long time to order, receive food and for the check. The menu was very limited. Definitely go old town for dinner and mixed drinks.

Pros:

The pool area with outdoor restaurants was nice. The outside bar looked out onto tthe Pacific Ocean. My spacious room had a balcony that overlooked the Ocean. The soothing sound of the waves was delightful when I opened the balcony door and I loved falling asleep to the sound.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was great, nice pool.
The only thing that we did not enjoy was the food, all the meals were too salty, the menu was limited, I got food poisoning on my second night, the managers were excellent.

Es buen hospedaje y precio, tiene una excelente playa casi privada, nos toco marea alta y casi no habia espacio de playa... pero aun asi se disfruta, les falta renovar sus intalaciones, mejorar el acceso a la playa que esta muy limitado, y seria un mucho mejor hotel

As soon as we entered the property we felt safe and so Welcomed by every staff member. First timers to Mexico and the experience here was unforgettable. Your building is beautiful even reading other peoples comments about how outdated or dirty, it was, we found it was not and just loved the culture the rooms were perfect for our stay, the balcony was nice to hang out on. All the staff from bar staff, dinning staff, beach set up guys, door bell and front desk and the little store inside the hotel, all wonderful people.
Be aware! You’ll be treated so kindly every morning ! Now to convince my husband to move here lol.
