Not happy with the online advertising “pet friendly“ never said anything about no cats

Cons:

They advertised that they were pet friendly, and upon arrival I found out that they only take dogs, no felines. I was very upset.

Would stay again!
Pros:

Location and cleanliness! The hotel was very nice. Rooms and bed were very clean. Having a kitchenette in the room was a bonus. Sometimes the rooms that have those can smell funny, but not here. The price was affordable.

Very clean and in a decent area. Staff was extremely nice and patient

Cons:

Everything was pretty good about this property besides the fact there was hair on one of our bathroom towels

The stay was okay for a one night.
Pros:

Near a Starbucks.

Cons:

Had only one 5oz shampoo bottle and a hand soap bar. No ice machine. Had a smell in the hallway. The bed was springy and hard.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

You have to pay for linen and sheets and the hotel staff literally were gone, off site, for over an hour in the evening as they were "out to lunch" and patrons could not get into their rooms, someone burnt food in their room setting off alarms, etc, but no one was there to report all of this...... :(

Great value, Clean Hotel, Comfortable, clean bed!
Pros:

There was no breakfast offered at this location. However, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There are even refrigerators and stoves in room. Great value for the cost! Will return to this location in Gilbert, AZ

Cons:

Snack machine wasn't working and there are no other snacks available.
