Pros:

Rooms were clean and quality of the room was good. Staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

Had to call the reception to manage the AC. Good if it can be controlled from the room itself. The remote in the room was not working for some reason.

Cons:

When we first arrived at 3pm, the room wasn’t ready, despite we already informed that we will arrive at 2:30-3pm.

Pros:

Staff behaviour was good. Overall I won't rate it as bad. I will rate it as average.

Cons:

The rooftop restaurant was good but food they served was not tasty or healthy. Both the days, poori or bhature were served. Asked for extra charges for parathas or some other item.

Room was clean but there was no ventilation in room and bathroom.
