The place is nice. I enjoyed my stay and there are a lot of accessible stores nearby. It was a comforable experience and 11/10 would book here again.

Wish We stay a little bit longer
I am looking for Hi Rise level to spend the new year with my Family and this is the Good Floor
The property is Good, its just I was not aware that there is no safe free parking, The building has a lot of empty parking but I have to pay Parking for 3nights for P1800 and the swimming pool is P300 per head, if I was aware that it is not included in the package I could have managed other places with free swimming pool, like other properties we stayed,
Location is perfect if you plan to go around Rizal park. Manila zoo. Manila Bay. Just one jeepney ride. a fast communication with the host is the best. Salamat until next time.

The host is very responsive and assistance was excellent! She even initiated to assist us when we needed another unit to transfer to when we wanted to extend our stay but the unit won't be available the next day. Unit is clean and the view at the balcony is so nice. Utensils are complete.
The pots are still wet. It would've been nice if the pots and utensils were dried to prevent molds or roaches. The good thing is, I didn't find any roach or pest anyway.

Location is good but no parking and I aid a lot for the parking
When we went out we paid PHP 40.00 for parking and coming back we paid Another PHP 70.00. That's only good till 7AM We checked out at 9am and we paid extra PHP 20.00.
Just the parking alone we spent PHP 130.00 and we spent PHP 50.00on on the venue where we attended. If I booked on the same venue a little bit more but with Free breakfast and free parking is better off, that would be a great lesson for me me.
I booked for 3 adults but it's only good for 2 no proper bed for the 3rd adult
We will definitely come back to this place whenever we plan to go to Pasay. Affordable, clean, accessible, and very convenient. We only stayed one night, and I wish we could have stayed longer. All of your basic needs are already available. I'm also glad they have a washing machine. We're able to bring our clothes back home clean. Big thanks to the property owner for ensuring that we would be comfortable, even if I was busy and I was not able to respond to her immediately. She kept us informed and updated. I'm happy and satisfied with our stay. 😊
I wish the balcony could be more spacious, so we can sit together. But this would not affect my overall satisfaction to the place. 🙂
