The room was clean and comfortable.
When we arrived the staff member who checked us in was not helpful. We asked about parking, his answer was ‘well you’re in a city’. It was dark and we parked at the convention center nearby only to wake up and realize they have their own parking lot which he did not mention. I also specifically asked about the restaurant, he told me the hours and that it was still open at that moment. We planned our entire morning around eating breakfast at the hotel so we slept in and woke to find the restaurant was closed for ‘maintenance’. We then had to rush to get somewhere in time to wait on a busy Saturday morning to have time to eat before our other plans. The coffee in the room was horrible, my partner went down to the lobby ‘coffee shop’ (no complimentary coffee made) and one staff member warming a breakfast burrito and making two coffee drinks took over 10 min. He left, we came back down to try again and same thing. So we just left. My partner had to walk back to the convention center parking in the rain while I watched other guests have their cars brought right to the door from the hotels lot which we later found would have just been a few bucks more to park in. Just ridiculous lack of service. We would have happily saved money and stayed elsewhere if we knew there would be no coffee, restaurant or parking.
Proximity to Moda Center, rooftop restaurant
Transit train causing room to shake with loud noise every minute until after midnight then again starting at 4 am. Staff were aware of this room as earplugs were left on bedside table and out of the 5 times we have stayed at this hotel prior, earplugs were never provided however when calling front desk about noise staff said it was room above us. Did not offer to change rooms nor any type of discount. Sound literally shook the room. Couldn’t hear tv, couldn’t sleep. Worst hotel night I’ve ever experienced and staff could care less. Paid over $300 for one night in this room. Room 240. Do NOT Stay Here if they put you in this room. Hotel should refund me my stay. Worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced in a 3 star hotel.
The location is perfect for our needs. We are walking distance from our son that lives near the convention center.
The staff are amazing and make the entire experience easy.
warm and quiet room
No choice of pancakes for breakfast
Very nice
I loved it. Nothing bad
Booking was 2 hours late for our check in.
Room size, bed, cleanliness, restaurants on the bottom and top floors, quietness. When an issue arises, the maintenance team has a quick response time. The customer service is top notch.
Last two visits have had plumbing issues from first use of facilities. Last time was toilet clogged. This time the shower clogged. I also don't like that I paid for a city view and was placed on the lowest floor where I could barely see the city. I didn't feel the upgrade was justified.
Everything. Dinner and service was great. Checking in and checking out was fast and friendly.
NA
Hôtel très propre- confortable et bien situé pour aller au Moda center (match de basket)
It’s a short walk to the convention center.
It’s starting to show its age. Bed coverings and towels are cheap and thin. A lot of city noise makes its way in.
Rooms always clean, updated, great staff, feels safe, bar & restaurant are wonderful.
Nothing.
Room is nice, relatively modern.
It is super noisy. The train is right outside, and you can hear it like it's in your room.
The 2 gentlemen at the front were amazing!
Close to Moda Center and transit, clean and courteous, helpful staff
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location was perfect for quick access to the Convention Center.
I stayed on 5th floor (#524), occasionally heard heavy rumbling noises from the kitchen upstairs in the evening hours.
Parking was too expensive. About half the price of the room. And valet only. I prefer to self park.
