Ein schönes, ruhiges Hotel mit einem traumhaften Blick auf ein atemberaubendes Bergpanorama.
Wir haben netterweise ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen für ein neu renoviertes Zimmer im 3. Stock mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Eine sehr nette humorvolle Dame am Empfang hat uns herzlich empfangen. Vielen Dank.

Gaby (Gabriella) the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Great to have pleasant people like her managing the guest services. The view from the room was good and the breakfast spread was limited but great to start the day.

Cons:

Dinner was not with fresh ingredients . Guacamole seemed to be from a packed can and also the fish was frozen and not fresh. For a set menu of 45 CHF , we would have expected fresh food.

Un accueil exceptionnel avec 2 réceptionnistes adorables, d'une grande gentillesse, qui ont pris le temps de discuter, d'écouter et de me conseiller. J'ai eu le privilège d'etre surclassé et de pouvoir profiter d'une vue exceptionnelle sur les Alpes Vallaisannes, une option à prendre ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien et je recommande aussi le massage !

Schöne Aussicht im 3.Stock. Balkon war schön gross.
Dass wir ein Upgrade erhielten.
Frühstück war sehr gut. Hotel eigene gratis Parkplätze.
