Pros:

The hotel is okay, close to 7-Eleven, and if you drive a little there are eateries. The room is also spacious and there’s a lift.

Cons:

Parking is limited, the blanket has some stains, and the bathroom is clogged. When showering, the water gets stagnant.

Pros:

near KTM Bukit Mertajam. easy access to convenience store downstairs. The bed was comfortable. Not noisy although beside main road.

Cons:

The equipment could be maintained better. the hand bidet is spilling out water. it wets my pants. The free wifi is not very good, sometimes loading. even own network is loading, making it a bit challenging to browse internet

For the price I paid for it, it is quite comfortable in my time in need
Pros:

I like that it located exactly as close as possible to the place I need to go to during the stay. Since I'm staying for more than 5 nights, I requested for a more spacious room, which they deliver!

Cons:

There is no room services/ cleaning daily done since I'm staying for more than 1 night (5 nights to be exact). I need to put my waste basket outside the door for them to come and clean up. I also hate that the hot shower does not working properly and I need to settle for lukewarm/ cold shower everyday. Please be aware that the front of the hotel is very close to a foreign workers hostel. So there quiet a few of them lingering around at night, though as far as I'm concern no one bothered you at all. The parking space in front of the hotel is not exactly what I would call a proper parking space. It is jumble around and you may park at your own risk.
