Location and value for money.
Had been here before and went back, so considered it good enough for my needs, but I'm not a demanding person.
It's a secure place to sleep, not much more. Think staff will clean room and change bedding on request, but I did not ask.
Not recommended for guests who expect a hotel-like hotel, with uniforms and elevators.
The staff are courteous and highly accommodating, consistently treating guests with the utmost respect. They respond promptly to requests, as demonstrated by their swift assistance when we asked for a room change.
The room falls short in cleanliness, and keeping the blinds open is not ideal due to the unappealing view of aging neighboring houses. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi or television available, reportedly due to ongoing renovations.

EVERYTHING.
From the staff to the rooms and amenities, everything was unpleasant! The property is so unmaintained and dirty—bed sheets with black marks, and no bathroom towels at all!
The room contains broken and health hazardous amenities. The first room we were given had broken toilet and sink, so we requested to have our room changed. The next room we were given had black molds on the ceiling, so we asked for another room as this may cause health issues. The last room we were given was flooded because of the broken drainage of the bathroom and we told the receptionist about the issue, but there was no housekeeping to clean the room! We requested to change room but they refused our request because we have too many request—but who would want an unpleasant room to stay at? We checked in around 9 and checked out around 10 as we wanted to get out of this hell asap! We asked for a refund or rebate instead since the receptionist won’t give us another room but he refused our requests.
It was accessible to all types of transportation.
We were given the wrong room. It was totally different from the photos online. And some amenities aren't available in the room. The toilet is clogged I think because every time you flushed some water was leaking from the toilet.

The bed sheet is wet and smell something not good.
Nothing to like! Cockroaches everywhere, the door that won't lock from inside has big hole. No tissue paper, no soap, no hook to hang your clothes.
The worst hotel I have ever been. Very dirty and stinky place and untrained and unprofessional staff. I won't say any more details. AWEFUL is enough to describe everything about this hotel.
