My recent stay at the Divine Inn Hotel was deeply disappointing. While the initial appearance of the room offered some promise, the fundamental failures in facility management and the hostile environment made for an untenable experience.
Room & Facilities
Aesthetic Appeal: The room itself was spacious and aesthetically pleasing, which initially created a positive first impression.
Severe Plumbing Failures: Unfortunately, the functionality was non-existent. The toilet did not flush properly, leading to major sanitary concerns.
Flooding: The bathroom issues resulted in water flooding into the bedroom area, causing significant discomfort.
Environment & Ambience
Constant Noise Pollution: It is impossible to sleep or find any peace in this building at any hour. The corridors are filled with workers talking loudly on phones, shouting, and playing loud music, regardless of the time of day or night.
Hostile Atmosphere: There is a specific woman on-site who creates an incredibly unwelcoming environment. She frequently directs aggressive, hostile looks at me and spends the entire day screaming orders at workers or shouting into her phone. I heard every word she said from my bedroom.
Guest Service
Communication Barrier: When I attempted to raise these serious concerns with one short male staff member responsible for check-ins, I was dismissed. He claimed he could not assist me because he did not speak or understand English, leaving me with no recourse for the issues I faced. He told me he only spoke Hindi.
Summary: Despite the physical size and design of the rooms, the persistent noise, unprofessional behavior from staff, and critical plumbing failures make this hotel a place I cannot recommend. Avoid if you value rest or basic hospitality. This place is more of a college frat house than a home stay. Run and do not book this place if you want peace and quiet. Don’t be fooled because it is impossible to sleep or rest peacefully at this property.

Worst facilities , asking money more than there standards
Pros:

1-2 rooms are decent rest you will feel like you are living in very poor place , smelly washrooms , no privacy.

Cons:

Smelly washroom , no proper handwashes , flush are bad , ac not in good conditions , you have to do some tricks to make ac work . Disrespectful staff specially female staff , wifi not working , manager or the person who gives the room says she js the owner although she is working there.

Location was decent, staff was polite

Cons:

Room was not clean. There was a used condom between the cupboard & bed. So much dust & dirt under the bed. Torn bed sheet.
Pictures showed a single seater sofa in the room which was missing. I stayed for 2 days & no towels were provided. TV was there but was not working.
They said a working kitchen is available but I was told the refrigerator was off so could not use that.
Would not recommend.

Pleasant and Safe Stay 😊
Pros:

Honestly, I liked everything including the location, behaviour of the staff, the ambience, kitchen, room everything beyond the expectation. Without asking, the staff "Tanya" upgraded our room which was very surprising and made the day. So, personally I recommend everyone to book a stay with reasonable price and all the facilities. At the end, good part is that you will get a open kitchen with all the facilities where you can cook and also bring your food inside.

Cons:

There is nothing which I don't like in this hotel. Everything was up to the mark.
