I booked an Ac room , DAY time Ac was switched by the hotel ,when I asked they said it's only for night time
About the Ac , staff said Ac will be available only for Night time during day it will be off.
I paid for the breakfast on app it was free but I have to pay for it
They turn of the ac every hour and we have to call them through night please turn on the ac

Bed is broken, Ac is not working during load shedding, wc is not working , staff is rude
There are 3 different things;
1. At booking.com, the rates were shown PKR 2,700/night, but the hotel charged PKR 4,500/night, saying that booking.com didn't update the rates.
2. Upon reservation, it was shown that breakfast was complementary, but the hotel charged for breakfast.
3. The hotel management was not cooperative and didn't allow us to use the air conditioning. We checked in around 1600 hrs, and they turned on the AC for one hour , then closed it from outside. Upon.complaint, they management of the hotel mentioned that AC will be turned on after 2300 hrs until early morning. The AC was turned on at midnight, and again, they turned it off from outside at 5 in the morning.
The overall stay was so pathetic, and the staff was not cooperative. Moreover, as mentioned, they charged more what was mentioned in the booking confirmation.
