There were so many things to like. The hotel is traditional, full of character, and not impersonal like many of the modern shiny hotels. Each and every one of the staff, and the front of house customer services people, were extremely obliging and friendly and couldn’t do more to improve the comfort of my stay. They even went so far as to send a car out to get some medication from the pharmacy when I needed it.
Naveed, Aroosa, Nora, Mansoor and Khalid were all extremely helpful and friendly and made my stay a pleasure.

Cons:

Very little. As a westerner who sometimes like a beer in the evening the bar is a little too private and quiet, but I fully get that this is a cultural and traditional thing.
