Disappointing
Pros:

The hotel is close to the destination.

Cons:

The Manager's treatment (maybe) towards visitors is very disappointing... when you are dealing with hotel visitors... please use polite and civilized language. Fortunately, the service of the hotel staff is good and satisfactory.
