Pathetic Dakkan Grande!!
Pros:

Nothing. I suggest and propose that you avoid this hotel. Sheer waste of money.

Cons:

The FnB staff when u call in in-room dining habe thecaudacity to yell at customers. Shocking but true. Very un professional. 15k for an executive room n yet u are nothing. Absolutely pathetic service n rude staff.
The front office momentarily looks ok bit during checkout their colors are out.

Good stay but needs lots of improvement
Pros:

Location is good to travel and options to travel

Cons:

Less hygiene, spotted cockroaches at breakfast table, few people tried to take lift without the access cards which made my son scary, fell sick later

Pros:

Breakfast was good. And the cleanliness was exceptional

Cons:

Filter coffee was missed on the menu. Scrambled eggs could have been better

The staff manager and reception people are pathetic in dealing . ROOM SERVICE WAS VERY POOR , even the manager did not support or guided the staff to deal especially the lady that sits on the reception is very very bad , basic attitude of communication & hotel ethics is not there , she laughs at any complaint and make vague comments

Location is nice , probably wouldn’t book again
Pros:

Location is Nice . The house cleaning staff are nice . The coffee place below and the room I took is nice.

Cons:

The front desk or check in wasn’t nice . They gave me a room which wasn’t the one I booked , until I realized and asked for . They didn’t even talk about it and changed next day . Without even compensating with something else . The prices are bloated like one of my friend said , through Indian websites vs booking.com , and even hotel for extension charged similar . Little options for food , no bar .

Pros:

This hotel, esentially caters to needs of young techies, working in back offices of the Big Four's offices in the Financial City. Although we are seniors, we apprecxiated the value for money and excellent food.
