Room sizes good enough
The rooms are just like in picture.
Better options of TV channels and connectivity although it is not in priority.
The staff was very helpful & accommodating.The breakfast had great variety, the cafe / restaurant had amazing food and desserts.
There was a constant humming sound on the 9th floor, due to which we had to change rooms n move to another floor. Also, much to our shock, someone else was allotted our room and handed a key to our room. The confusion was addressed swiftly but remained to be a sour experience.

the staff were good. The cafe was good. The bed was very comfy.
the hotel was too too noisy at nights with people playing music, shouting and dancing late in the night uptill 2 AM. Also the cafe was too loud with large groups and management didnt do anything about. Breakfast didnt have any chicken options.

Initially we found it difficult to located the building ! Couldn't find any board on the main road ,where we need to take right inside .
