Fantastisch verblijf en locatie.
Pros:

Alles. Zeer vriendelijk persobeel. Fantastisch mooie en propere kamers met heel veel faciliteiten. Gratis wasmachines en droger ter beschikking.
Ruime kamer met fantastisch bed, inloopkast, domotica, minibar, badkamer. Ontbijt zeer verzorgd en ruime keuze. Prachtige ontbijthal.
Locatie is fantastisch! Alles is heel dichtbij; metro, shopping, the bund, yu garden,...

Echt een heerlijk hotel ❤️
Pros:

Frisheid van het hotel, als je de draaidoor doorgaat naar de lobby dan ruik je meteen een heerlijke geur!!! Het ontbijt, uitgebreid en lekker, zowel westers als chinees. Locatie, midden in het bruisende hart, metro voor de deur en veel op loopafstand. Supervriendelijk personeel, vooral de dames van housekeeping!! Het lijkt wel of ze dag en nacht klaar staan en altijd met een glimlach ❤️ En bij de receptie doen ze alles om je zo goed mogelijk te helpen. De kamers zijn modern, nieuw, superschoon en met gratis minibar (wordt iedere dag aangevuld) en de bedden liggen echt heerlijk! Wij komen heel graag terug!!!

Pros:

Tesisin konumunu çok beğendim. Temizlik seviyesi de gayet iyiydi. Genel olarak keyifli bir konaklama geçirdim ve bu oteli rahatlıkla tavsiye edebilirim. Ulaşım açısından da herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım.

Geliştirilmesi gereken tek nokta personeldi. İngilizce iletişim konusunda yetersiz kalıyorlar ve hizmet anlayışları zaman zaman amatör bir izlenim bırakıyor. Bu konuda iyileştirme yapılması otelin kalitesini daha da artıracaktır.

飯店就在豫園旁邊很近～飯店附近都是吃的不怕餓到，樓下就有蜜雪冰城、小楊生煎、全家、還有串串跟羊肉串也很好吃！飯店的服務也很優秀～前台還幫忙訂美團～

Perfect location but dissapointing rooms.
Pros:

The hotel, the lobby, the views and rooms have a style that can only be defined as no style at all, not to say unpleasant. What saves the day is the perfect location for visiting Shanghai. It is right at the corner of the commercial quarter of the old city, two blocks away from the temple of the City God (a must-see) and the Yu Yuan garden, which also shouldn't be missed. The Bund with its impressive night-time views of Pudong is at walking distance.
They serve an extensive classical Chinese breakfast, which, for me and my family, is an importan attraction when visiting China. Western options are available, but who cares about croissants if there are dough sticks?

Cons:

Some of the staff can manage a smile sometimes. There is almost no English spoken and little effort to communicate with non-Chinese visitors. As far as I could see, the locals didn't fare any better, but at least they are able to complain. Sometimes the elevators don't work, generally the coffee machine doesn't work, but nobody seems to care (except for the clients).
The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, but still, the images shown on the Booking.com site are misleading, taking and angle which shows everything as more spacious; also the commodities of the rooms are exaggerated on the web site. Expect a kettle and a minibar that can't even cool down a beer, that's all. They promote double rooms with a balcony, but it only serves to dry clothes, nobody would probably think of sitting there to spend the afternoon. No need to pay the extra fee for it! (Unless you want to dry your clothes, as we and the neighbours did)

das Fenster war nur ein schmaler Spalt von ca. 20cm, fixverglast. Ansonsten war es ein schönes Zimmer

Завтрак понравился и то, что тихо в номере. В приоритете были именно тихие номера в выборе отеля.

Cons:

Не понравилось то, что наш зарезервированный номер отдали другим посетителям, потому что мы позже приехали заселяться. Однако мы заранее предупредили о прилете и ожидали что номера наши останутся нетронутыми. На стойке нам сказали что повысили класс номера, хотя это и так были наши номера которые мы бронировали. Осадок остался из-за этой ситуации.

Top Lage
Pros:

Diw Lage ist sehr gut. In unmittelbarer Nähe.befinden sich viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, da ist für jeden was dabei.

Comfort in the heart of Shanghai.
Pros:

Excellent value for money - a comfortable hotel with good breakfast in a fabulous location in Shanghai. Room was exceptionally quiet and not at all cramped. Metro station was very close.
