Wonderful hotel, great locations
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Crystal Hotel! We only stayed one night but highly recommend it!
Location: Awesome. So close to the river and the Old street. Lots of restaurants and shops in the vicinity.

Room: So great! Modern and upscale. Coffee and tea provided as well as drinks in the fridge. Amazing shower and hairdryer! Bed was very comfortable with crisp white sheets. The blackout blinds worked really great!

Breakfast: We got the package with breakfast included and it was good. we went towards the end so wasn't crazy busy as mentioned in other reviews. There was only one coffee machine so would be nice to have more than one for that amount of people.

Cons:

As mentioned the staff didn't speak any english but they used their phone to translate and we managed to communicate.
But really nothing was bad. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could've stayed longer!

Relaxing Shanghai trip with comfortable stay with Crystal Orange Shanghai (at The Bund)
Pros:

The location is really super convenient, just front of the entrance is bus stop, less than 5 mins walk to metro and all the local foods stalls and the famous Yuyuan (Yu Garden).

The room is considered really spacious and the variety breakfast is really good.
There is this washing machine and dryer facility where you don’t have to bother bring much clothing.
They also have the robot which will help to deliver food to your room step, I have tried it and it was fantastic!! 😊

The walking distance to Shanghai The Bund is around 10mins which make it so easy to visit The Bund every night to enjoy great Shanghai Bund night-view

Cons:

The only 2 things I feel need improvement are the sound proof and the guest room door (is not easy to close properly and the door started making sound, I have to push harder or just wham the door… where the sound is really loud).

Pros:

Отличное расположение для знакомством с Шанхайем, рядом метро для удобства передвижения по городу, старый город, набережная, мин 15 ходьбы магазины одежды. Уборка была каждый день, замена халатов и полотенец каждый день, постельного белья на 3й, чисто. Завтрак на 4+, но голодным не будешь. Цена/качество 5.

Lovely stay at Yu Garden
Pros:

Rooms were large and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Large sink countertops and also space for tea and meals if you need it. Has delivery robots but there are so many food vendors within walking distance since the location is right outside Yu Garden. Super convenient location! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice rooms but few fresh air
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

The hotel room we had didn't have a window that can open. The ventilation of the room was very poor and few fresh air was available in the room, which caused headaches. Also with the sun on the window in the morning the room reached temperatures of 26+ degrees Celsius, with no possibility to cool down the room.
The staff offered a ventilator but this doesn't solve the problem which is the need of FRESH air. I understand that the system is set to heating and not AC in the winter, but unfortunately this issue made the stay less comfortable.

Прекрасный уютный отель
Pros:

-отличное расположение, рядом сад Юй Юань с кварталом в классическом стиле и набережная, до главной торговой улицы (Nanjing Road) тоже можно легко дойти пешком
- в 5 минутах станция метро (ветка 10,14). До аэропорта Пудун можно добраться с одной пересадкой на метро или на Маглев.
- красивый, чистый номер с вышитыми птичками у изголовья кровати
- удобный матрас, качественное постельное белье
- все необходимые мелочи в номере от халатов с тапочками до противогазов)
- приветливый персонал, готов помочь с любой ситуацией, но не знает английский, как и многие в Китае

Cons:

Странный запах в номере, возможно используют такой ароматизатор, но это не портит впечатления
