Pros:

Hôtel propre, chambre confortable.
Laverie en libre service bien pratique.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés à 16h et la chambre n’était pas prête, nous avons dû attendre plus d’une heure. Pour le prix que nous avons payé, c’est vraiment limite je trouve.

Non puoi vendere una camera per una famiglia di quattro persone con un solo letto matrimoniale, anche se nel dettaglio era indicato. L'organizzazione va rivista.

Pros:

The location was the best part of my stay. The hotel is close to a metro station, which made it very convenient to get around the city.
In the morning, I could easily go for a run along the Bund, and in the evening it was perfect for a walk there or a visit to Yu Garden. There are also plenty of inexpensive Chinese food options and souvenir shops right outside the hotel.

The only downside is that taxis cannot stop directly at the hotel entrance. They have to stop on the road, and it is about a 30-meter walk to the entrance.

The room was renovated, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was provided every day.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was extensive, with a good variety of options.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

Soggiorno comodo e piacevole
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, 5 minuti a piedi da yuyuan garden, e meno di 10 minuti dal bund. Stanze corrispondenti alle immagini. Massima disponibilità nel concederci una stanza d’appoggio con tutti i servizi, essendo arrivati la mattina presto. Colazione prevalentemente cinese ma con qualche opzione sufficiente occidentale.

Man ska nog hålla sig till internationella hotell om man är turist.
Pros:

Om man vill va vid the Bound så är hotellet väldigt nära.

Personalen var behjälplig när vi var missnöjda.

E bagno spaziosi. Struttura moderna.

Cons:

Eravamo due adulti e un bambino , non sono chiarissime le regole di ospitalità. Colazione troppo cinese e poco internazionale (diamo comunque un 8/10 al soggiorno)

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a unos pasos de Old street, casi frente a una estación del metro, justo afuera del hotel pasa el turibus, a 200 metros de The Bund, una tienda de conveniencia junto al hotel.

Cons:

El exterior del hotel no ayuda mucho, sin embargo los elevadores, las instalaciones y los cuartos están en muy buen estado. Casi nadie del personal habla inglés, toda la comunicación es con traductor. El hotel está muy bien, mucho turismo local poco internacional. Al desayuno para mi gusto le faltan opciones occidentaltes. La ubicación y el confort compensan todo.
